I change table 2 times as my kids are not comfortable. 1. One of the service crew was shaking her head. 2. When I ordered an extra 2 more rice, the lady was telling me it’s $2 ha. I feel so insulted by her remark. 3. All the food came just warm. It’s not even hot. It’s my first time and definitely my last time to this place. I feel so disgusted by their level of service standard.

after ordering at the counter, we walked back to our table & the food arrived 10 seconds later. unfortunately, the chicken was not warm & felt like it was cooked long ago.. also interesting to note is that the size of the chicken pieces seemed to have shrunk by quite a lot. we tried the pink lychee drink, which was terrible - tasted so diluted down even before the ice melted. only the chilli remains just as spicy & yummy like how it used to be.. probably won't be back in a while 😅

Despite the food taste, the services are quite bad is all I can say. When I dine in, one of my friend brought drink from outside, the staff being quite rude forcing her to leave the drink outside and rushing her when she only trying to tied her plastic bag for the drink. Secondly, ordering delivery via Grab, there's a mistake in order, tried to call them to amend the order, again instead of informing us not able to make changes, the male staff rudely saying "YOU HAVE TO INFORM ME THE NUMBER FIRST, CANNOT HELP YOU, JUST ASK THE DRIVER TO PAY FOR U". We understand if things cannot be done, however please do inform us politely too as we also respect the staff while communicating with them. I've been to several outlets of Ayam Penyet Presiden, and only in this outlet I found the staff(s) quite rude

Food is okay, typical Indo fried chickens. No GST, which is good. The staffs are friendly, except the male cashier (the boss or the owner??). He's a bit rude and unfriendly, he even scolded other customer for a simple matter. I recommend take out or go to other branches.

the staff there is so rude sia, my best friend just wanted to order food for herself then cannot find the menu so she go ask the staff end up she got laughed at. idk if the staff all racist or what la, wah especially this one uncle working there he think the shop his mother father own or smt one sia then the staff all suddenly go talk in their own language. please teach your staff some manners ☺️

Slow and very bad service. The menu showed the dish or desert so much different from the one they served. The staff do not even know why the different. One of the staff are very rude towards the dine-in customer. The big size Malay guy. So damn proud. Very very rude.

Everyone is wearing slippers except 2 ladies. The manager is very sloppy with his unbuttoned shirt, wearing slippers and the way he speaks to the customers is a bit rude. Overheard him saying “order from the table lah. Why go to the counter”. I love ayam penyet president but won’t be going to this branch again.

Food was only ok guess it’s the company that makes the difference. We were late for the reservation. Guess we had already annoyed them. They kept constantly remind us that the restaurant will be closed by 8.30-9pm. N we need to make payment at the counter before a certain timing. The rushing timing was not necessary but I guess they’re not paid overtime to wait for us 😝😜🤨

This is my second visit to this outlet and once again, I am disappointed. The first time it was with my mum and I just did not like how they served my mum. The quality of the food is average at best. It did not meet my expectations, making it unlikely for me to return, especially considering the poor service we received. The lady servers displayed exceptional service, with Ms. Yeti in particular going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Her unwavering smile and friendly conversations created a warm and inviting atmosphere for us. I feel that she could be a good example for the team to emulate. Kudos to her! Dear management, I urge you to retrain the older gentleman who is always at the entrance. He is not dressed properly in uniform. He does not welcome your customers warmly. He does not smile. And he certainly does not display the basic service attributes needed for any restaurant. I saw that many others have mentioned him in the reviews. It is highly unjust that the collective hard work of the team should be rendered futile due to the actions of a single individual who knowingly adopts such a demeanor. If you genuinely prioritize the satisfaction of your esteemed customers, we kindly request that you consider providing additional training to the individual in question or exploring the possibility of securing a suitable replacement. We sincerely believe that this will result in a significant improvement in the overall experience for all parties involved. We are not expecting a world-class service. We are just hoping for a decent respectable service. I kindly request that you reconsider your decision regarding the occurrence of such incidents on a recurring basis, both for your esteemed loyal customers and for any of your beloved family members or friends who may happen to visit the establishment.

i am so disappointed of their service the big fat malay guy with specs was so rude and being so proud. i was with my fiance trying to have our meal there as we are very hungry and this guy which i have already mentioned just throw the menu at us when we asked politely for it. best part he did not apologise for doing such action, if he has any problem at home please do not bring it to work i myself used to be in a position of front-liner too. i do hope that the boss read this review and take serious action against him thank you

One of the worst attitude shop manager( Aman) I ever seen ...very impolite with attitute problems ! Confronted him ..he even told us to go ahead and complaint ! ...Owner of the shop please take note ..saw him playing phone games at the counter when we approached him for the online ordering problems ! Hi Aman: I did what you told me to go ahead and complaint .Hopefully I have your name written correctly. We are working in service sectors too. Your attitude sucks ! I guess you must be the Boss of the shop .

Oh my god .. browsed through recent reviews ..less than 1year .. this fat counter service guy wearing spect has actually received so many complaints! See attachment photos (Removed)… wondering how come he is still able to work at the front counter ??? cannot stop thinking that he is the boss or relative of this shop …. I am sure more complaints will come if he is not going to change his attitude. Hopefully this is a wake up call for him !

Manager(mid age malay man) needs to go for service skills training. Must always remember that WE are the ones giving you business. Your customer service skills and the way you speak to customers needs to be friendly and professional regardless of where you come from or what kind of background you have. We are not your siblings. We expect more from you on our next visit.
