There was no staff at the front counter when we arrived, and we had to wait for assistance. We were then told to share a table with other customers even though the tables were movable and not fixed to the floor. I politely asked if I could shift a table to create a separate seating arrangement, but the outlet manager ignored my request and simply placed our food on the shared table without responding. The outlet manager came across as unfriendly and showed little concern for customers’ comfort or experience. Overall, the service was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would recommend ordering takeaway instead of dining in.

My go to restaurant always for Ayam Penyet. Love the smashed chicken especially the green chilli. Also the avocado juice! Which is always sold out! Bonus is their free soup!

The food here is always incredible, service is always on top, waiting time for food is always fast. Always coming back here for the fried rice, Ayam penyet & Ayam Bakar. ❤️❤️ And the rendang beef, the meat is so tender.. For one meal , you can get it below $10.. it’s so affordable , the outlet here should be bigger !

Pretty sure this is a common problem at Ayam Penyet President, ordered grilled chicken thinking it was chicken thigh (cuz of the photo), it ended up becoming a small pathetic half chicken with super super dry meat slightly bigger than the size of my rice. Dessert was good though.

Ordered via grab. Rly good food served at an affordable price. Would recommend grilled oxtail both times I ate it it was delicious. The ayam penyet one the past time I ordered it was dry this time it's rly delicious and nice to eat. Ayam baker is not bad but not as good as the grilled oxtail to me Overall really good food
