Paris Baguette place quiet okay but some people they just chill until other customers no place to sitdown. Service are good. Coffee not that hot which is not nice.

The shelf breads were not fresh at all and tasted like days old ones, due to the heat from the constantly opening glass doors and the heat from the tall glass panels. Of all the branches, the shelf bread here tasted the worst, on the brink of spoiling

Excellent service from Alif and Harra who will go the extra miles to make my dining experience even better. The new Iced Yuzu mint tea is really refreshing. And current promotion offers free chocolate danish for every member which is free to sign up. Good value

The store manger on duty has a positive attitude and gentle when guiding his staff on how to key in my birthday treat reward claim and he even highlighted to me the available reward I can claim or use.

The cream cheese whole wheat pastry was not nicely heat up. Disappointed with it. The one I had at Ion branch was very good. I was wondering can it be oven and microwave difference? Told the staff run out of servette , staff acknowledged thereafter no action taken even after I finished my meal, the servette box is still empty.
