Had a really pleasant experience here! The Summer Sparkling Americano was refreshing and surprisingly delicious — perfect for a little coffee break while shopping around Somerset. Putri was especially friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the warm service! 🙂

First time visiting % at Somerset and I had a lovely experience! Tried the Dark Latte and really enjoyed its fruity taste. The flavour was refreshing and unique, and I enjoyed the drink overall. The customer service was good too. 😊 It’s a nice, cosy place to chill, relax and enjoy a good drink. Definitely a pleasant experience!

The staff at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered the Kyoto Latte, and he recommended adding a 3-shot espresso. I’m so glad I took his advice—it tasted amazing! The coffee was exceptionally smooth, and the balance between the coffee and milk was just perfect. Thank you for the great recommendation! Arabica is now my favorite coffee brand. Personally, I think it tastes even better than many other brands. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Nizam was really friendly and greeted each customer with a bright smile as he took their coffee orders. He also guided me through the new membership sign-up process very patiently, and the whole sign up process was super fast & smooth. Coffee was amazing as usual; was a great start to my morning! Thanks☺️

% Arabica @ Somerset serves a solid café latte. Even though the medium size at $7.40 is on the steep side, the quality of the coffee beans and the baristas’ brew really stand out—excellent and very satisfying. Seating is usually hard to come by, but the atmosphere is lively. Sipping coffee while watching the crowd go by adds to the overall experience.
