We tried Pepper Lunch Express and, food-wise, we have no complaints: the food is good, flavorful, and lives up to the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the truly deplorable service from Hakeem, which unfortunately confirms some of the negative reviews we had read beforehand. Incomprehensible communication: Wearing a mask, he mumbles so quietly that it is completely impossible to understand a single word he says. Lack of professionalism: His attitude is openly nonchalant, unfriendly, and entirely unprofessional, which clearly harms the restaurant's image. It is a real shame for the establishment, as Hakeem was unfortunately the only unpleasant person we had to deal with during our entire stay in Singapore, standing out starkly in a city otherwise renowned for the kindness of its people.

Haqeem is a very bad representative of the restaurant. He does not offer good customer service. When asked if it comes with any sauce, he muttered something under his mask "what kind of question is that". When I asked if he had said something, he quickly denies it. He was also rude to other customers ahead of me. Not a good image for your brand.

super less potion if mean how you expect me to have a balanced meat to rice ratio. agree with all the other comments. I get it it’s a tourist spot but people should get what they paid for. would not come to this outlet again.
