One of the best coffee chains in the world is also located at the Jewel at Singapore s Changi airport. It isn't a store but a larger kiosk stores in the middle of the mall. The service is quick and the coffee is as good as one expects from Arabica. There are some bar stools for seating, but seating is limited. The decor is white and in sync with the other outlets of Arabica.

Beautiful place and great interior. Plenty of seating as well. However incredibly slow. Waited for 30 mins for my 2 iced latte and as you can see the queue and the number of people waiting. Staffs are relatively friendly as well but quick is definitely not one of them. Not sure if it's because of understaffing on a Good Friday or is it constantly like this. The coffee even after a long wait tasted more like milk than the flavours of the coffee beans. Arabica's Spanish latte is my favourite and it passes. However the Kyoto Latte was relatively disappointing. I wondered if I was drinking milk only at one point. Had I known the wait was so long and the coffee is mediocre I would not have queued. Hope it gets better and its solely due to the large crowd orders.

Arabica has the eye for nice corners and sprouts where it suits best. Though smack in the middle of a crowded Jewel, it poses a nice rest stop to sip on a nice, creamy, tasty cup of coffee. The ice cafe latte and Spanish Latte are the signatures. Kyoto latte is apparently popular too but I ever had the chance to try it - always sold out!! The classy coffee house is a nice distraction off the dim and cozy vibe from the likes of Starbucks. The bright design gives a happy feeling as you enjoy your coffee and people watch. Sitting here and drinking makes you think about the good old days in Japan where everything is just clean and proper. A nice hangout.

This is a minimalist coffee pop up type cafe in Changi airport. My husband and I have tried many of the other cafe’s as we fly through here often. I have to say so far this one is the best. My husband had an Americano which was hot and had ample crema. I had a non dairy milk cappuccino which had a nice froth. If you care about comfortable go to another cafe in the airport but if you care about the quality of your coffee go here. We will be back again!

Counter service extremely slow. 2 machines with 6 (SIX !! ) barista. Study their work flow…: my goodness. 1 barista fill the coffee, tap and pull the shorts. Then ANOTHER barista stop the extraction and clear the portal filter ( 2 persons just to service 1 coffee). For new barista who want to observe how a bar service should not be manage. Pls come to the jewel outlet. Have not yet even comment on the coffee yet. From the photo, what do you think of the extraction? Over or under.

I fell in love with the coffee since I visited Arabica early this year! Coffee was smooth and what makes the experience better was the service crew to the barista were very attentive… They actually remembered my order every time I visit even though I move to different location from time to time… Impressive! Thank you Jewel outlet - Helda! And not forgetting the wonderful crew at Arab street and Holland V for their consistency in the quality and their service too!!

By far the best coffee in all four terminals of Changi airport and worth the walk if you check in early enough. Note that good coffee takes time to prepare and the bad reviews are not for the quality. I've sampled %Arabica at a dozen outlets in 4 countries and amazingly they've preserved their quality standards so kudos to them.

The coffee is great buy pricy. The large cup costs $9+ sgd. Seating is a challenge... not a good place to chill with big group.

Five stars goes for the taste of coffee especially Iced signature latte & its convenience for travelers who just land in Terminal 1, Changi airport. It is good for grab & go NOT sit or relax.

Indian lady at the cashier could be described as cold at best, borderline rude and definitely impatient at worst. When one’s manning the cashier, I think it’s fair to say that one’s fronting the brand / boutique; and when the brand / boutique’s situated in Jewel, it leaves an (the first and sometimes, only,) impression on those transiting our airport. Might be ideal to place a specially curated (happier) crew here.

It was as okay experience overall. Kyoto latte tasted like any normal cafe latte, imho

Nice, white and clean. Only catch is the long wait for the coffee. I suggest getting a seat inside while another in your party queues up to get a drink. We like the Kyoto Latte which has a natural sweetness to it.

Long Q. But worth it. The signature Spanish latte is alltime winner. If u are not a latte person, espresso macchiato was tasteful too! ☕️☕️☕️
