Tasty juicy fried chicken. Quite fast service. We order takeaway and get that pretty quickly. The breakfast I had another day was a bit late hour (9:30 ish - 10am), so just be aware when considering having breakfast here.

Fantastic chicken! Love their season flavour chicken and breakfast meal too. Always sure eat the honey butter biscuits!

Never eating here again, got sick after eating a 3 piece meal, when I asked for an explanation they threw the chicken away and gave me another piece of chicken that wasn’t even the same order as mine

Outlet at busy mall, can do takeaway! Friendly counter stalls. Chicken sandwich is spiced nice! Their regular mashed potato is good! Meal is value for money! Order wait time was not so long considering the mall crowd!

This is my favourite fast food joint. Their chicken are much tastier compare to the other fried chicken fast food chain which will make you craving for more.

It's been a long time, as a matter of fact, it's been 4 years to be exact. I'll be damned if Texas Chicken isn't as good as it was, as with the last I had it. Request for your chicken parts and it comes to you piping hot and fresh. One little amusing thing is that a "spork" is what's given, a little troublesome for dining.

We tried out the chicken burgers while visiting the shopping center, my son loves to try new chicken burgers. Service was reasonably quick, friendly staff and they fixed a missed item for our order efficiently. My wife ordered the Mexican burger and I can honestly state it was hands down the most spicy hot food I have eaten. To be clear, I like hot spicy food and can handle a pfal curry, this burger was lava hot! Def worth the visit, may go back when we are next in Singapore

Ordered 3 pcs meal and requested for thigh and drumstick. They gave me 2 thighs + a drumstick and I noticed they cut the thighs to smaller sizes now.. taste wise is still nice though. :(

Fast service! Food arrived almost as soon as ordered and staff were great. I dropped a drink and I was very apologetic. The Malay lady staff today kindly offered me a replacement drink and quickly cleaned for us with a smile. Thank you for making our experience lovely :)

We r dining about 30 mins b4 closing time.. Food is great as usual.. and cashier service is helpful and attentive too. What’s disappointing is while we are eating, cleaning service auntie continuing with her shop closing work, storing chairs.. mopping and floor sweeping, next to us, while we are eating! Gosh.. very unhygienic..and quiet a put OFF.. hope they can improve..

Always have Texas Chic.at Nex but the standard has declined of late, not hot but just warm at times. Today, the chicken is very dry like over fried and the oil tasted bad. Not good, in fact it's terrible. Pls take note.

Thanks for the friendly staff, Joseph for being helpful in assisting me order my food. Chicken taste different as it used to be, not juicy as expected and it is warm. Might over cooked or put too long but will still going for it again.

We went for the promotion of ordering a two-piece chicken meal, with a free cereal chicken burger meal. When I tried ordering it, the staff mentioned it's only available to order at the electronic kiosk. And when not available, they said it's only available when ordering delivery. When that's also found out to be not the case, they said it's only when you bought some Pepsi product. Nothing on Texas Chicken's social media or online presence indicated what exactly is required to be eligible for the promotion. Very insincere about the promotion - just don't give it. It's worse publicity than without. Badly managed franchise in Singapore and badly managed communications, internally to their staff and to their customers. Will not be going to them, with or without (fake) promotions. To everyone else - please be wary and think twice before patronising them.

Ordered online to pickup. Requests drinks with no ice. My daughter saw that is with ice and asks nicely to replace them. Instead of apologizing, the Malay lady rolled her eye and replaced unhappily. Tried calling at Nex Texas to feedback but no one picked up. We have been ordering from Texas and had no issue. Love the chicken here though.

I was order grab self collect a 3pcs chicken set meal. Everything was go smooth until i open and ready to eat what i found out that i received an overcooked chicken it’s harder, dry and taste bitter . A bit disappointed hopefully you guys will be aware about it we pay using our own money to get a quality of item not quantity :(
