Had a surprising dining experience here recently. I'll admit that PastaMania isn't one of the restaurants that pop in my head when craving for pasta but my recent visit might change that. My wife ordered their Spicy Chicken with Broccoli Pasta while I went with the Truffle Pasta with Meatballs. We were pleasantly surprised that both dishes had really good flavours and quite generous portions. The Spicy Chicken had an extra kick without being too spicy and a mild sweet and sour flavour from the tomatoes. While the Truffle Pasta had the signature bold flavour that truffle lovers delight in, which also paired really well with the cream sauce. We weren't big fans of the drinks however, as it was more akin to the taste of children's cough medicine so I recommend getting canned/bottled drinks instead. Worth noting is that the cooking times were swift and we got our freshly cooked food within minutes of ordering. To give credit where it's due, PastaMania has really revamped their style to fit in with more modern eateries. Ordering and paying can be done through their website (scanned from a QR code) which felt fast and snappy which is leagues better than the countless restaurants that I've been to with a similar service but with laggy websites. The service staff here were also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I'd highly recommend giving this place a visit if you're looking for good pastas.

We went to the Bugis outlet. The service staff was really friendly there. It was a perfect ambience Restaurant. We had mushroom soup. The cream of the soup was thick and good. Then we had mushroom pizza. The cheese was stretchy, and the pizza was well-made and soft. The crust was delicate and delicious to eat. Then we had tom yum seafood pasta. It was excellent in taste. Then strawberry soda was good, and even hot Milo was also good for drinking.

Seems to be they are becoming more like Fast food style of joint at a higher end price. Very busy on a weekdat lunch. Food passable as long as you are not fussy.

Visited on 3/7. Dine in at 11.30am. Ordered turkey bacon aglio pasta and honey garlic chicken. The food came quite fast as the restaurant was not very crowded either. The pasta was tasty and consistent as what i remember. The honey garlic chicken, i think the recipe changed from what i call, or the ingredient change a bit. Now its abit more skin/ more fried-crispy type. I kind of like it, not necessarily better or worse than the previous style, but not bad either.

Level of fanatism: It was my Daughters Birthday. We went to pastamania at Bugis Junction. We got a cake from a bakery called Four Leaves which is just next to Pastamania Just when my daughter was about to cut the cake, the manager came and said we cant cut the cake as its not Halal. This is after I told that we were vegetarian(while ordering food). Later he said that we can cut but we cant use their spoon and plates and he got us plastic cutlery and disposable soup bowls to put the cake slice in as our cake would pollute their cutlery which otherwise serves all kind of non veg. Height of senselessness, fanatism and radicalism which i never expected in Singapore. FOOD: Frozen Pizza tastes better than what was served. Aglio Olio was completely off the original recipe. Waffle potatoes were good,. In all a pathetic experience.

Cheese bake rice was … 🥲. Half cook rice with hard bits breaking into sand like texture in your mouth. Clearly the price has gone up from 10 years ago but the quality hasn’t. To be fair the carbonara wasn’t too bad. Will come back in another 10 years to see how it goes.

Awful Service here, we order Pizza and Pasta, but sitll no forks , knives were given. we wait for couple minutes then ask for it ourselves - and this is what a staff give me A SPOON! who would eat a pizza with spoon ?????????

The chef and i am guessing the owner is a delight! We had all of 20 mins to order and eat, and he got our order ready in 10. Sat us down comfortably and helped in ordering since we were a little confused about veg and non veg. Also the food was delicious!

Food is delicious and very affordable! Mac and cheese and cheese sticks were great. The staff Kia Lin was very helpful, gracious and enthusiastic! Overall great experience, would recommend :))

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pastamania, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we had a great dining experience. Song was incredibly friendly and was very helpful. As for the food, it was impressive and I would recommend coming here for a satisfying meal and fantastic service.

I'm so disappointed🥲service is slow. When I said table for one, the waiter looked confused? And then proceeded to sit me at the table that was not wiped. It still had chili flakes and cheese on it. I ordered fried calamari and carbonara. Starting with the calamari, it was so freaking salty, the batter was separating from the calamari and it was so tough😶the carbonara, tasteless, no salt and the sauce was clumpy. How does that happen. I was so excited to come back after so long and utterly disappointed. Never coming back. I ate everything just cuz i didn't want to waste the food😐

My first experience in this restaurant. The staff here very friendly especially Ms Win, when we order a pizza and choose the wrong crust.. She was so nice to explain to us and always wear a smiling face. We will visit this store again. And once again thanks to Ms Win let us have a very great experience here.

Staff were attentive & friendly. Probably, the restaurant should look into updating the dining room design. Abit too gloomy. Food overall is good. However, prawn agolio was a bit too watery and tasted a bit bland. But the rest of the meal was really good 'cos my kids were able to finish their meal. Thumbs to the good service.

Ordered 10" pizza and it was really small. We measured it and it was actually 8". The workers said the pizza shrunk in the oven. Im pretty sure pizza dont shrunk usually, dough supposed to expand in the oven. Pasta was watery. We ordered a dessert and it took so long. When we ask where's our dessert is, the waiter literally just walked off

Terrible food. I ordered Al Fungi Spaghetti but the food received is just noodles with soup. The cream sauce is so watery it doesn't even coat the noodles and this cost $10. The restaurant is not crowded at all so the chef is either not keen to cook or just a bad chef. Don't dine at this restaurant it's so bad food you could get much better food elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Worst bugis junction basement outlet. Ice Milo tasted so dilute and tasteless. Margarita pizza burnt, a few pieces of garlic bread burnt too.

Place is not very crowded at 6pm and food was amazingg!! I love cheesy chicken crumble! There was this very friendly and approachable staff, Kia Lin, basically she welcomed us nicely and made sure we felt comfortable there:) super nice of her to care for her customersss and i would recommend that u should get pasta that are more creamy because it’s nicerrr btw food was quite affordable as a student

Ordered at about 7pm - 2 Chicken Ham and Chicken Sausage Baked Rice and one came in time for the breakfast and the other came at 7.30pm! The male, big sized waiter who have been serving the dishes all the while kept blaming the kitchen and we were done when the food came. When asked for explanation, the waiter in fact said it's common and he had been served last at other restaurant before. I would like to ask, what service standard is this where the urgency and service expectations is brushed off from the client? I demand an explanation for such poor attitude and service standard.
