The Koon Seng road outlet either needs more staff or need to be better prepared. I went twice and both were around 12pm. Their official opening time is supposed to be 11am so I guess it should be well-prepared. I ordered an iced cappuccino the first time and a waffle with ice-cream the second time. Even with just the coffee, it took about 10mins to be ready. The ice has to be taken out of a container and put into the cup(not efficient). The second time, I was told the waffle would take 5-6mins, but I waited for about 15mins. Even the ice-cream were not put out for display yet. The lady working is friendly and helpful and the food is good. Just that maybe need to work faster and be more efficient. I will continue to visit but probably not a place for a quick visit. Can visit if one wants a leisurely time to enjoy coffee and desserts.

Quiet and relaxing place to spend the weekend. Take a coffee and have a waffle to go along.

I like this cheesecake ☺️ the jelly goes well with the cheesecake. Not too rich and just nice for a simple after dinner treat.

I would like to compliment your staff - Siti, for providing an excellent service. Was there on 4 Jul, 7.30 pm to pick up the classic cake. Unfortunately, only left with oreo and mango flavour which I'm not so keen. So I suggested to Siti to combine a few 2pcs boxes to make into 1.She happily obliged but also highlighted that the height of the cakes may vary. And I'm really thankful as the cake is meant for my 70 yo neighbour's birthday. Kindly convey my gratitude to this lovely staff of yours for a job well done.

Very Very yummy! Highly recommend the lychee cheese cake. The cheese cake is very light. I don't usually eat cheesecake because it's too cheesy. But this cheesecake with the jelly makes it very light and easy to eat. The crust is amazing as well !! In fact, it's my favourite part.

Picked up a classic original jelly cheesecake on Monday afternoon; was told it would be good for 3 days in the fridge. By Wednesday morning, mould was already growing on top of the jelly - even with proper storage. This made me wonder how fresh the cake was at the point of sale, since there was no indication of production or expiry date. Taste-wise, I found the biscuit base too dense and soggy. It's pretty but it's not what I would classify as good cheesecake.
