Sammie from the Compass Point branch was very helpful. She helped us to expedite our order and ensured that the right courier person picked it up. We needed it for our father's prayers and she did all the legwork for us. Thank you for being there for us, in our time of need. Needless to say, the eggless cheesecake (classic original) was a hit! We will be back for more.

Bought the famous Jelly Cheese Cake and it was a hit with my friends! The presentation was lovely and the taste was delightful. Staff attended to me is warm & friendly too. I am a happy customer.

I recently visited jelly cheese cake and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Instead, I was looked up and down in a way that felt judgmental and unwelcoming. The overall attitude was cold and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and out of place. Friendly and respectful customer service should be the standard, but sadly, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff interacts with customers. First impressions matter, and no one should be made to feel unwelcome for simply walking through the door.
