Chicken is nicely fried and still hot when delivered! Tenders were moist; not hard. Breakfast muffin tasted rather healthy compared to Mcd. But it is still a nice muffin burger because it is not crazily oily. Just nice!

Located at 5th floor century square tampines. Texas chicken has their own signature taste, although the chicken taste abit dry, but overall still nice. Friendly staff with professional service. Definitely there is room to improve in term of food quality.

Haven't had Texas chicken for awhile and was thrilled to try it when I pass by. Food is so disappointingly bad. Coldslaw feels like biting on cabbage with diluted mayo . Chicken taste so bland. Even the bun is really bad . The base of it is soaked with oil or something . The first time I had it years ago was so good but now I guess the quality has dropped to a point where it's not worth eating anymore.

Understaffed during dinner peak hour, kitchen unable to take order from customer because he wasnt trained to do so, when cashier went on a toilet break. Dinning area tables were dirty and weird insects flying around. Avoid this shop.

Soy Garlic Rice bowl - doesnt have any taste of garlic! Only one piece of tender I guess, cut into few pieces. Call it deep rice bowl, because rice was so deep only had few spoonfuls. Not worth it. Coleslaw - this one was good! Sjora - same nothing special Biscuit - Too salty, and the inside too soft and don't feel like eating a biscuit, change name to salted bun instead. 😄

4/2023 Two mashed potatoes are missing. Spent money to get angry. How do you guys do things?ordered and cashier didn't give a receipt.Bad experience,just anyhow do the job ! 23/5/2023 finally the problem solved. The 2nd pic is the one they compensated me for. Staff service very nice. keep it up

food quality dry and bland. not hot and expected spicy. One big tray chicken left there, juice dry up. Management have to do food quality control. Regret coming.

Chicken Party Set (S$34.90) Which consisted of 1 popcorn chicken (almost missing too until I asked for it) 1 tender wrap 1 classic burger (only a dried up patty and a couple of shredded lettuce, sad looking) 3 pieces Honey Butter Biscuits (MISSING!) 3 sides (default should be 3 small mashed potato but I can’t select that when using the self service machine! Ended needed to select 3 different items so it’s small mashed potato, regular coleslaw (Topup S$1.50), regular onion ring (Topup S$2.50) 3 regular drinks (Needed to select 3 different drinks for self service machine so got regular Pepsi, regular 7up, regular Mountain Dew) 1 Chicken Hoodie (Only kids size left. No more L, XL) Sadly the order was short of 3 pieces of honey biscuits. Only realized when I unloaded everything. 😤

The standard of hygiene here seems to just keeps falling.. I used to frequent this outlet despite there being flies and stuff around because the trash is full and not cleared often. The water tap's pressure is too high that it causes water to spill out of the basin when ever someone presses on the tap. Food quality however, varies from time to time. At times it is just nice. At times.. it is an oily over fried mess. This particular visit, I found hair.. Of course I hope they take their hygiene more seriously. And I hope my next visit will be more desirable.

Very slow service, I can see the workers are q old also. There needs to be more young staff to pick up the pace. Took then half an hour to start packing my order. They were too busy preparing the food delivery orders. Seems like I only got 2 tenders and the rest is some popcorn chicken?! Much of the chicken was also hardly crispy. I will never forget this. Pace of service and taste fell off when I last visited the place a few years ago.

I had a terrible experience with Texas Chicken. First, the food arrived late, and when it finally came, it was cold. On top of that, my order was missing items. I tried to call the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. This level of service is completely unacceptable. My order number is csq10771

Came at 3am to takeaway an order , saw 1 lady staff seating down playing phone when i ask i want to order she was still using phone and have no sense of urgency. The old guy came and sort out my order and said i have to wait 15min for a newly cooked chicken and i dont mind waiting. The lady ask me what drink i want and i replied "mountain dew" and she could not get the right order?? Bought alacarte fries & onion ring LARGE and this is what i get for $10 fries and onion ring. Please sort out your staffing issue , have seen way too many feedback on the service alrdy.

Ordered popcorn chicken and was given pale, undercooked and bland chicken. Some pieces were spicy while others were tasteless.
