Was sitted in fast and served fast. Used a QR system to order swiftly. The portion is big and very filling but the chicken is a tad bit dry. The soup for the ramen is… interesting. It’s very unique and hard to describe why you don’t hate yet don’t love it, in a way. But it’s still okay! Price point okay and overall a nice place to chill

The best halal option for muslim seeking recommended ramen stall. Try their Original one. The soup and noodles matched very well! I also like to have their grilled gyoza (meat or non-meat). Fair price, good service from their crew and clean place to accommodate your appetite for tasty ramen.

The ramen here is actually pretty good. It’s rich in flavour and filling. Personally I like salty food so this was great. I also got the chicken karaage which was not bad as well. And the prices here for both the ramen and chicken weren’t bad at all, it’s pretty affordable.

I ordered both ramen and rice with salmon sashimi. The ramen was very delicious but the rice was not valuable. I don’t recommend to order rice (Don) because the restaurant has ramen as its signature. Ice cream and pudding were great.

Comforting and slurping good. Spicy miso may look daunting but the spice level was just right for my liking. Miso butter was pretty light on the palate. Worth to try.

Halal certified japanese restaurant, meat is tender, egg is nicely cooked. Except the ramen soup is too oily and salty. They do serve vegetarian options, and can bring friends who are vegetarian diners. It's quite a little expensive in price.

Ramen soup was too oily for me. Pork marinate taste very different from other stores but meat was tender. Egg was nicely cooked. Rice has similar taste as pepper lunch, and would taste better if it comes with other condiments eg. Corn, vege, carrot. It’s a simple clay pot beef bowl. It has some charred taste to the rice at the end so not recommended for kids.

Currently there is a promotion for ramen with duck or chicken toppings. Cheap! It comes with generous toppings eg bean sprouts, corn kernels, earwood mushrooms, cabbage, and leeks. Only for takeaway. However I don't fancy the soup base.

The ramen here is actually pretty good. It’s has a pretty strong flavour, but personally I’d like it to be a tad bit stronger. The portions were pretty big too. Hey everyone! I've been on the lookout for an authentic Japanese spot, and let me tell you, this one hit all the right spots! Overall, the experience was top-notch. The place might be a little pricey, but trust me, it's worth every penny. The ambiance, the food, and the service made it a dining journey I won't forget anytime soon. Whether you're a Japanese food lover or just looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend Ichikokudo. I can't wait to go back and indulge in their mouthwatering dishes again. So if you get the chance, give it a try! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing japanese food. The best part is that it is halal. Do try their Japanese Garlic Karaage.

Attracted to the Truffle Ramen brochure but end up ordering Spicy Beef Orichon Ramen. Noodles is too hard and even an instant noodles soup would have tasted nicer. Regretted ordering. Not sure if the truffle ramen would be any better since it was the soup base favour that was bad. There was a ‘little friend’ crawling around. As a seasoned traveller, I’m used to seeing it but for local standard, you might want to be more careful as an F&B establishment..

The broth and noodles were surprisingly good. Food was served really fast as well.

Sgd15.35 for a bowl of ramen, 2 pieces chicken karaage, and green tea. Extremely good value. Ramen is the thin and slightly hard type, soup is reasonably tasty, green seaweed is unique and more yummy than the traditional black type, chasyu is tender and substantial portion. Ambience is good, there are 3 tables of "shoes off" seats near the entrance, children will enjoy the novelty. More seats in the restaurant. Special lunch sets from 11am to 5pm on weekdays. Complimentary water served. Service attentive. We will be back again.

I ordered Hokai Ebi ramen which came with 3 prawns. Prawns are stale ( see picture). I returned them, and they gave me a full bowl of noodles again which was nice service. But the prawns were the same. The “chef” should be able to tell if the prawns are stale even before cooking and serving them. They shouldn’t be serving prawns at all if these were bad.

Not the best, but also not the worse ramen place. Gyoza set at $4.50 is pricey as it only had 3 small pcs. Fried chicken was good. Spicy ramen was decent. Ramen eggs were done properly. The thick noodles tasted quite like those yellow noodles that you eat from fishball noodles stall, kind of weird but OK. Green tea was tasteless. No kids meal.

Tl:dr food is ok. The serve order is weird. Sides came first before the main. Food wise, not bad but nothing fabulous. Walked around suntec after honkai star rail event. Saw some shops i’ve never been to before. Place looks nice so i entered. They have the table seats and floor-liked seats. Food wise, as mentioned sides came first before the main. I ordered the original and alot stuff not to my liking. The karage set came with 3 pieces of karage and very minimal mayo. It would be better if it was tartar or nanban. I normally like to pour the left over broth into a minidon, and that is nice way to enjoy the broth and the don. The plus side about this place is, it is more affordable than alot other ramen place, and really attempt to make it as japanese like a possible. The matcha lemonade is sour. Really sour. The uji matcha latte is nice

Good enough for a quick meal if you want Japanese cuisine but don't set too high an expectation. Surprisingly the garlic tasted pretty good on this fried chicken
