My wife and I had brunch here, always like their croissant. Just want to comment, the service needs to be improved (tables are not clean after customers leave).

The breads and pastries are so good. Most buns or tarts are generously filled with cream cheese and bakery powder. Portion is big enough for lunch or breakfast! Also must try big garlic bread bun.

I am extremely disappointed with the way the promotions were handled at the Hougang Mall outlet. There was a "Buy 4, Get 1 Free" promotion, and the croissants were also clearly advertised at $3 each. Based on the displayed pricing, my wife selected a croissant expecting to pay the advertised price. However, when we reached the cashier, the croissant was charged at $4.10 instead of $3. When we questioned the discrepancy, the staff informed us that the $3 promotional price could not be used together with the "Buy 4, Get 1 Free" promotion. This restriction was not clearly stated anywhere on the promotional signage. Advertising a product at one price and then charging a higher price at the point of payment because of undisclosed terms is misleading and unfair to customers. If promotions cannot be combined, this must be clearly communicated before customers make their purchase decisions, not only after they have queued to pay. This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your business practices. I hope you will review how your promotions are presented to ensure they are transparent and do not mislead customers in the future.

The outlet offers plenty of seating options and has a spacious layout. For those who are dining in or meeting up in small groups, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Overall, it’s a really nice outlet with a welcoming atmosphere
