I have been here several times now. Each experience has been consistently pleasant. The food is exceptional and the quality has been consistently high. The service is generally very good and the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant is great, with large windows on one end of the restaurant where light pours in and keeps the area bright, it is very welcoming. The only small area and one that isn't the fault of the restaurant is due to some patrons (students) who can be loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate of other patrons in the restaurant. The restaurant is halal certified which is great! In fact it was my Muslim friends who introduced me to this restaurant. I chose to have the Super Combo Deal which gives you an option for a side dish with a whole braised egg, and choice of grilled meat (beef, lamb and/or chicken) skewers and a choice of drink (hot and cold options from soft drinks to teas and even soya bean options!) The skewers for all three are well seasoned and slightly spicy but the grilling is outstanding. You will find the meat still juicy, tender and easy to bite off the stick. The sides that I have tried like bean curd skin and black fungus are very well prepared and generous if you are not keen to carb-up with their delicious freshly made noodles. The restaurant is very conducive to have a meal with friends or colleagues where conversations can be had across the table without resorting to shouting at each other like some loud and rowdy restaurants. In short, highly recommend you give this place a try when you are in this part of the level 2 group of F&B restaurants.

We ordered fried beef and chicken noodles, but both dishes were very salty. We provided feedback to Zaim, who acknowledged it promptly and took swift action to replace them with freshly prepared bowls of noodles. I would like to commend Zaim for his excellent service recovery. His responsiveness and professionalism turned the experience around. The service industry truly needs more people like him.

The good thing is the various types of noodles you can choose. I had leek noodle but it didn't taste different from regular noodles. The beef soup was OK but not special - not much beef flavour and a tad salty. The beef was not bad. Service could be better. Two staff members were at the counter but seemed busy and answered me only after I had repeated myself. I needed only a "yes" or "no" to a question of whether I could order at the counter! And even though it was the middle of the afternoon on a quiet weekday, still had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the food to come.

Lots of noodle types to choose from, the portion size is great. Regularly come here for the Mala Beef Noodles. My only complaint is that these could be a bit more spicy for my taste, but still satisfying.

Like the chill atmosphere on a Sunday. Straight forward service. Food wise nokdles are great! I like the normal thickness noodles. But just 1 thing, the chicken skewers not there yet hmmm But overall good!
