Halal noodle soup restaurant that’s been around for quite a long time in Chinatown Point. The quality is always consistent and the soup is really tasty. The side dishes they give goes very well with the noodles and the chilli is very flavorful without being too spicy.

I always see queues at this shop during lunch. Decided to try it today. Went there at 11:30 before the lunch crowd. Serving size was decent. Order a small noodle and added $4 for drink, side dish and egg. Total bill was $16.90.

As someone who doesn't eat a lot, normal portion here is huge. I ordered 2 main dish and 1 side dish. The side dish was shrimp dumpling, dumpling wrap is thick but very flavorful. The 2 dishes are the soupy one and stir fried one. Prefer the soupy one because it is more savory, the stir fried one is a little too sweet for me. Staff are great, service was good.

This branch was nice. The noodle was chewy. Good potion for me not too much or not too little. Their service was prompt and one of the young female staff was kind. It was not so crowded even on weekend lunch, and so I was able to take a break for a while after finishing eating, though I have to leave a table soon after finishing eating for other customers waiting besides or at the entrance. Only one minus point was that the soup attached aside was too salty for me. So in accurate, 4.5stars in my opinion. Anyhow I’d like to visit this branch again when craving for Lanzhou noodles.

went for late dinner and restaurant about to close soon. the staff cleaning the table beside us sprayed the cleaning soap too close and we felt it on our skin and our food was contaminated. she didn’t even realise lol. food was very good but a bit disgusted by that experience. probably won’t come to this outlet during closing time anymore

The food is good, no question about it. Improvements can be in the area of customer service and managing customers all waiting at the counter. It was 1145am, I saw a bunch of customers at the counter ordering. I wanted to walk into the restaurant as there were many empty tables. My intention is put my bag down, take a look at the menu and make my selection on the form placed on the table and then come to the cashier with a completed form. However, I was stopped outside to stand behind the customers, causing a big jam at the walkway. I had no menu on hand. When it was my turn, I took time to look at the menu, the cashier took my order and I was then led to a table... and on the table, there was the menu and order form which honestly serves no purpose since I have already made my order. My point is: Your restaurant is not McDonald's. We are not familiar with the menu. The current way of serving customers is inefficient. Rethink the experience you like your customers to have.

I ordered sauerkraut beef noodles, however the beef was abit dry! Nevertheless broth was ok and noodle was chewy.

Casual dining. It is a halal restaurant. Hand pull noodles is nice. It is touch and go eating. No frills, good price, just for a bowl of noodles and move on.

Hearty bowl of beef noodles with mala soup on a rainy day to bust away a tiring mood. The side dishes are just as much a mains in terms of taste and presentation. I chose the thick noodles which were qiu (al dente) and had a satisfying bite.

Ordered mala beef noodle w LEEK Leaf but received a wrong order.. approached the lady at the counter but was totally ignored by her and did not do anything about it. Management please advise your fellow employee to not cheat on others with their money. Incident happened on the 28 Nov @1240hrs.

Place so good, you have to go there twice. Having Halal pulled noodles in Singapore is a decent surprise! The beef mala noodles are highly recommended if you enjoy spicy food. Be sure to buy a drink as the spice levels are on point and it makes you sweat and coming back for more. A bit on the pricier side as Small Mala noodles + drink set me back by about 15$, but highly recommended if you're in town!

The Mala beef noodles are pretty decent. A lil greasy and salty. However, this is typical of China or China-style cuisine. Also service is typical China-style in SG.

The cashier, an older woman, displayed rudeness and impatience while taking my order. When I asked additional questions, she responded with a dismissive attitude, audibly sighing. There were no other customers waiting in line behind me. The presence of such staff members detracts from the overall dining experience. This incident occurred on February 4th, 2024 at around 5 pm. I've decided not to visit this restaurant again and will advise others I know to reconsider despite the food's quality.

Affordably priced beef noodles considering it's location in the mall! Broth is good and flavourful without being too salty. Minus one star because of service of cashier lady! Not being a Karen here, because usually I am okay even if service crew is not welcoming or just average service. But am not okay if they are rude - was trying to clarify on the different noodle types with the cashier lady but she was slightly annoyed and didn't really want to entertain/ answer us at all. Even though after we have confirmed our order, I was still looking at the menu, but she flipped the menu to the other side right in front of me. That is really rude... Upon looking at the receipt, we realised that she got one of our orders wrong and went to clarify with her, she tried to argue saying that wasn't what we say yada yada...instead of trying to rectify the order. A pity how the entire dining experience got ruined a little because of her bad service. Other than that we enjoyed the beef noodles and the food was served fast!

Came to have a peaceful brunch. But, we did not get that. Instead, we were extremely irritated by the continuous berating that the female Restaurant Team Lead was giving to the cashier! It disturbed our peace as her voice was so high pitched & forceful! She berated the cashier from the moment we were seated till we finished our meal. It was easily half an hour duration! At the end of our meal, I have to tell the Team Lead that she should be mindful of the customer experience. We were there to enjoy our meal and not be interrupted with her non-stop verbal abuse of her staff! Suggest the Management look into this.
