I was accompany my old folk who is keen to try this Resturant but unable to eat much. So was I just taken heavy breakfast.. I ordered a small bowl for him to share. It was to my surprise that the waitress served up with additional bowl and scissor without me asking for them. This showed that the staff at Hillion outlet are well trained(the special one who served us on 25th Jun @11.21am)to serve well ! 🥰😊😊strongly recommend to patronise them! This staff served next table with kid patiently as well.

Handmade noodles are superb. We had the Signature and Mala Spicy Beef Noodles. Recommend to upgrade to set where you'll get tender braised egg, a side and a drink. There were many sides to choose from. You get to chose from the glass fridge at the counter. We had the beancurd skin and beancurd suji which goes nicely with the dishes. There were 8 noodles to choose from. We chose the normal to start with. "Small" portion is already plentiful and hefty serving. You can chose "Large" if you're really hungry. You'll get to slurp at the nice clear broth always wanting more. Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Will definitely come back for more in the future. Conveniently located at Hillion Mall #01-07 above Best Denki (B1) and FairPrice (B2).

Delicious halal beef noodles in China spicy style. Lots of side dishes to choose from as well. Can even choose thickness of noodles!

I ordered their mala beef and friend ordered their signature beef soup, the noodles and soup is very flavourful and noodles has a very chewy texture. The beef meat is cook to tender bites and the taste of beef is soak with the soup. The prawn dumpling is delicious too.. will go back again for their beef noodle!

I ordered mala dry and my son had the Signature beef noodle soup. Both were excellent. You can select from the many types of noodles they have. My knife cut noodles were nice and chewy, perfectly cooked. The beef is tender like ham but without the saltiness. I must also complement the staff, they were friendly and helpful. You feel welcomed not like some places where the staff makes you feel like you are disturbing them. Will be back again!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We came to have an enjoyable dinner with the family on 2nd September at 8.15pm. Both me & and my daughter wanted to eat lanzhou beef noodles while my wife wanted to eat ICHIKOKUDO, which is a noodle stall nearby. We asked the cashier before ordering if my wife could eat outside food while both me & and my daughter would eat the beef noodles. The cashier said she could, as long as it Halal food. So we started to eat. When my wife was about to eat, another staff member said my wife could not eat outside food! We said nicely that the cashier had given us permission and that is why we decided to sit & eat at the restaurant. Then the cashier told my wife that if she wanted to eat outside food, she could sit at the table outside the restaurant!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 WE FELT OFFENDED!!! Treating my wife like beggars! DAMN lost our appetite! What made me angrier the supervisor DON'T HAVE THE COURAGE to come to APOLOGIZE to us!....PISS OFF😡😡😡😡😡 We immediately left our table with the food 95% untouched and NOT EVEN 1 STAFF APPROACHED US TO APOLOGIZE!! BOYCOTT FOR LIFE THIS EATERY!!

Must try the mushroom dry noodle (even nicer if added some vinegar) Its the best halal noodle I ever tried as a Chinese. Although their beef noodle is their signature, but the best is still the mushrooms dry noodle. Very generous in the mushrooms and their hand made noodle is so chewy and bouncy.. My all time favorite noodle as a Chinese Muslim!

Went on a less crowded timing. Taking order was easy, portion of the food is alot for size small. the food was okay, could have been better. Got leek leaf for my noodles, got full faster. Overall, i enjoyed my meal.

The Is so signature noodle is so good that I finished it up ..Especially during this raining day.the service is fast .The service upfront was informative with the upgrade to size dishes..After each meal they clean up the fast got the next customer.

Been visiting this place regularly more than 2 years. Consistent food quality and service staffs. Some staffs still there, some may have transfer to other outlet. They deserve a good credit, so does this review is made for the great beef noodle soup. Authentic hand made noodles is a plus points.

Update as of Mar 2024. Reduce rating as the new cashier (male) no longer as friendly treatment as per previous staff. Also being a front line personnel (the same cashier) being not a discriminate view from me, sometime his body odor is affecting the enjoyment of the nice noodles, whether we are sitting close to cashier or when he walk pass our table. Previous review: Been visiting this place regularly more than 2 years. Consistent food quality and service staffs. Some staffs still there, some may have transfer to other outlet. They deserve a good credit, so does this review is made for the great beef noodle soup. Authentic hand made noodles is a plus points.

The noodles are high quality and very tasty. Definitely recommend the signature beef noodles. The dishes taste pretty close to noodles I've had in China which is hard to find in Singapore. The servers (I usually get served by Ong Ming Xiang) are nice and friendly. Good dining experience. The food is cooked fast and waiting times is not too long.
