My first visit to Tim Hortons in Singapore. It wasn’t exactly the same as in Canada, but it was really convenient to be able to order using the app. The coffee and muffins were delicious, too. The donuts were a little more expensive than in Canada, but it was a stylish café.

Tim Hortons at City Square Mall is a great place for a quick coffee or meal. The coffee is consistently good, the food is served fresh, and the donuts are always satisfying. The outlet is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. The staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making every visit pleasant. Service is fast even during busy hours. Definitely a reliable spot whenever I'm craving coffee or a quick bite. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons on 21 June thanks to Rose! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her service was exceptional, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Rose took the time to recommend the New York Cream Cheese Donut and the Mocha Frappe, and both were absolutely delicious. Her recommendations were spot on and made our visit even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the way she treated us with the utmost respect, kindness, and patience. Even during a busy period, she remained friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by, and Rose truly deserves recognition for her outstanding work. We will definitely be returning to this outlet because of the fantastic service we received. Thank you, Rose, for making our visit so memorable!

Nice place to chill! Always a reliable stop. The coffee is consistently hot, and the Timbits are a classic crowd-pleaser. Service is usually fast, even during the morning rush. Great for a quick breakfast or a caffeine fix on the go!

Right when you step into city square mall, look on your right and you can’t miss it. A breakfast fusion style of Hong Kong, Singapore and Britain. You can also find cheese bagel with maple syrup and honey on the side. There are also norman and grilled sanwiches. The flavors were average but not worth the price. Maybe since it is located in the mall, so the price is a bit inflated. Worth the try but not for the return.
