A very good dining experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and served properly, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. I was treated well by both the crew and the manager, especially Hilfyzanish, Adi, Rayn, and Roshan. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure my food was prepared quickly without any issues. Even during busier periods, the staff handled everything efficiently and didn’t make the service feel rushed or messy. Orders were accurate, and the wait time was reasonable. The teamwork between the crew was noticeable and helped keep everything running in order. The environment is clean and well maintained, with a comfortable temperature that makes it pleasant to sit in and enjoy the meal. It’s a simple but important detail that really improves the overall dining experience. The place also feels organized and welcoming, which makes it easy to relax while eating. Special thanks to the manager, Hariz, and the rest of the crew working behind the scenes for keeping things consistent and well managed. You can tell there’s effort put into maintaining both service quality and cleanliness. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish. Good service, good environment, and good teamwork. I will definitely come again.

I was close to say that the service was efficient and fast enough (no rush time clearly). But when you arrive home and your double whopper with cheese has no cheese it is a deception …

Update: Thank you Burger King for reaching out and listening to our side of the story. And you were gracious enough to apologise for the oversight. Thank you for offering a meal of choice for my daughter for her next visit. I will leave it to her if she wants to take up the offer. But I am happiest when you said you will train the staff to be more gracious and considerate of the young ones buying the meal with cash at the counter. We appreciate the gesture and the civilised conversation we had. (Story below) Super cheesed off Dunearn Village Burger King Singapore . My kid wanted a Mushroom Swiss and cheesy fries and so she said she can skip the drink as she has her own water. The “amazing” staff instead charged her ala carte price for burger and fries. $12:50 for 1 burger 1 cheesy fries Vs $10.50 for 1 burger 1 cheesy fries 1 drink. This is purely taking advantage of a kid. She simply listened to the staff manning the counter. No menu was given to her to see, she can’t pay at the kiosk as she had only cash. This is simply terrible!😢 Of course I scolded chided her for being gullible. I’d better let her practise more. Expensive lesson learned. I would expect more from a restaurant barely a month old after reopening.
