Together with my family we had a very delightful dining experience in Pistachio Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Grill. I am not a huge fan of Mediterranean cuisines but I must say the food is really good. The food was very flavourful & the chicken kebab was really tender. Love the pitta bread, burnt cheese & tomato soup. The pot of mussels has a nice rich touch. The salads were refreshing. I’m not a beef & mutton person so I didn’t try those but my nephews enjoyed them & ate up every bit! Desserts were excellent! Service staff were very attentive. Restaurant has middle eastern vibe & has great ambience to chill. There’s an outdoor seating with a great view too. Pistachio definitely calls for another visit!

My family and I had dinner at Pistachio Middle Eastern & Mediterranean Grill at Esplanade Mall last evening, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the lamb shank. It was, without exaggeration, the best lamb shank I have ever tasted. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and fell effortlessly off the bone. It was slow-cooked to perfection, richly flavoured, and paired beautifully with the delicious Mediterranean-cum-MiddleEastern spice-based sauces and fragrant rice. Every bite was heavenly. We also enjoyed the grilled meats, freshly baked bread, dips, and other dishes, all of which were well prepared and full of authentic Middle Eastern flavours. The quality of the food was consistently excellent. The restaurant has a warm and inviting ambience, and the service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Dining with the Esplanade waterfront nearby made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in Singapore, I highly recommend Pistachio. I’ll definitely be back—and the lamb shank will be the first thing I order again!

Pistachio Grill Restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience with delicious food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere. The dishes are beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. Their grilled specialties are especially impressive—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The restaurant is clean, stylish, and creates a relaxing environment that is perfect for family dinners, gatherings with friends, or even a quiet meal. What stands out most is the consistency in both quality and service. Every visit feels special, and the attention to detail is clear in every dish served. Pistachio Grill Restaurant is definitely a place worth visiting, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience.

Heard many good things about this place. Was so disappointed, maybe our expectations were too high or our taste is starkly different from others but compared to many Mediterranean restaurants and eateries we had, this place is easily ranks at the bottom. The meat platter was mid. Chicken was good but the lamb chomps - bad, the kebab - bad. The ala carte lamb chops were much better, maybe because our expectations were on the floor after the platter. The garlic cheese pita was ok …. could easily be made at home but rather edible and for some solace after seeing the bill we could also deem it to be slightly pleasant of some sorts. The dessert, so giga ultra MID. NO GO. Don’t bother. For the prices, just go get Unagi next door instead.

Garlic cheese pita bread was crisp, baba ghannoush went well with it. Pistachio mixed grill had tender chicken, beef and lamb meat. Meat was well seasoned. 200-day grain-fed Angus beef rib was amazing! Tender meat that fell from the bone. Much better than the mixed grill meat. The Arabic briyani rice that came along paired well and was more aromatic than the saffron rice from the mixed grill. Overall, nice meal, service and ambience.
