Bought a $6.80 Apple Strudel to try. It used to be awesome years ago. After purchasing l saw a review saying that the standard has dropped a lot, and unfortunately it's true. In any case, I’m here more to share about the super unfriendly staff. A Chinese female staff member with her hair tied up — not sure how a deadpan face and such an unfriendly attitude can possibly help boost sales. Tsk tsk. 😏

Do not buy their puffs - they are complete failures! Sold as “crispy puffs” but it is anything BUT crispy. Bought 3 - pistachio hazelnut durian. All 3 are failures. The puffs are so soggy And the fillings are so artificial and weird in taste. The pistachio definitely tasted like some bad matcha. The hazelnut just taste yucky and feels like with a lot of added sugar. Horrible standards and will not ever return again They should just scrap the puffs off their menu. Such a disgrace

Rip off! Looks as it should but smells foul and tasted rotten like it’s been left longer than it should. Quality control at this state is terrible.

Staff was unfriendly - not interested to share which item is the super mini strudels and wasn't gentle when placing the order at the countertop after payment transaction which should had been passed over to the customer directly. The store wasn't busy also and I suppose the customer service from other outlets are way much better. This outlet is just for the sake of buying for your cravings.
