I am a staff there and I am supposed to receive staff discount but the old lady cashier did not give me staff discount so I was forced to pay the full price. There were people queuing so i didnt make a fuss and just complain here. Receipt doesnt show any deduction. I also check online the price not non staff, hence i know that i was not given the discount. Please do ur job properly.

A senior staff lady here is so impatient, rude and annoying. I think her name was something like “Ay Lay”? She keeps scolding the other staffs impatiently, “why so slow?! (In chinese) Faster lah you!” The next moment, she will be complaining about other things and people. She made my dining experience horrible. Please teach your employees properly and correct this behaviour.

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this was such a terrible disgusting experience. The cashier- Chinese guy with glasses was rude as hell- curt responses and was visibly annoyed. Didn’t bother to even give a plastic bag and burned my hands. Why do this job F&B if it kills you and you can’t do basic customer service? Terrible experience don’t come here unless you want to be shouted at, burned hands and treated like trash. Should have just left. Terrible experience.

This subway store is rediculous. In other stores you simply order the bread, the meat, the cheese and toast. But here, they only offer cold cut. All they can say is "cold cut", "I cannot toast it". When you ask "what else can be toasted if the one I chosen cannot", he'll keep saying "you want cold cut?" Come on!! Please learn some English! Please treat your customers equally! Please do your job as a subway store!!

Portioning very small. Sandwich was so thin. Very little veggie. Plastic bag, extra 0.10¢ Bread (italian) was dry and stale. Attitude is like, don't come to us. Better hire the staff who are willing to work. Don't be so stingy. Go yourself and eat at other Subway branches. You will know how the quality standard should be.
