dirty and unhygienic. lots of cross contamination going on. Would’ve given negative stars. auntie was throwing something in the bin, whole hand entered the bin. she did not change gloves, continued to handle my food with the same dirty gloves. Absolutely disgusting. I’m honestly appalled at the standard of hygiene at this place. Every single time I visit the outlet, the experience gets worse and worse. I’m not even sure why I decided to even visit this shop today. To add on, the shop is also frequently closed. Would never recommend anyone to visit this outlet. Hope SFA goes down and sends a warning to the outlet.

SIEDA and Su Yin, this 2 employees, thought preparations of sandwich are just a play play. Hope owner or franchisee should considering letting this two ladies to go for proper training procedures on sandwich preparation and following SOP. I have ordered via online Roasted Chicken in a wrap as indicated chosen veggies and written on highlight double words for dressings OLIVE OIL, OIL. And indicated below NO DRESSINGS. After bite tasted and seen, cheese dressings? whatever it is and Plenty of black Olives! Where is the knowledge and concern of this employees, if customers has an allergies? Though proper instructions have indicated and yet never followed?! Do consider giving a training to your employees!! Even on proper reading!!

Decent meal, sandwich meal. Their drink system down quite often. Today is my lucky day where their drink system is available. They do provide good amount of vege and sauce. Unlike some outlet in Singapore which limit you to 3 sauce and 1 portion of vege (due to targeting large profit margin). Although their space is limited but not many people came for dinning in. Plus point is they open at 6am. Suitable for workers who is taking a 6.30am or 7am ride to work from lakeside.

Armpit over the bread and HAIR found in it. I wanted a sandwich for my breakfast before rushing to the company bus. The chinese lady took my bread and main's order, while doing that, the indian lady was doing another order and put her armpit across the bread (abt 5cm close to my bread) to reach out for another main ingredient while doing grab order. it was gross just thinking of it. Afterwards the chinese lady put my order in the oven and the indian lady took it out, left it on the counter and indian lady continue doing the grab's order and chinese lady explaining a whole load of story on the price of the set meal, leaving my order to turn cold. i voiced out saying that i cant wait hence the chinese lady finished my order with the veggies and sauce. It was already gross thinking about the armpit smell lingering on the bread and to my surprise when I opened the wrapper, I saw a hair.

Located at the outskirts of the Lakeside MRT Station premises..its hard to miss, especially if you are alighting at the nearby bus stop.Small place with few tables. No dine-in due to covid-19 restrictions.Staffs are friendly.Ordered the current special Rendang Beef & Chicken sub. Both tasted less of Rendang taste but tasted alright as normal subs. Felt staff kinda stingy with the purple lettuce(put only one),just like one of the reviewer commented. On Previous visits, was kinda rushed to make payment when chosing what goes on my sub..Hope they can sort that out.
