A truly unique Subway experience. I’ve bought a sub with chocolate chip cookies from this outlet multiple times, and somehow they are consistently hard every single time. At this point, I’m beginning to think “freshly baked” means “freshly hardened.” What makes it even more impressive is that I’ve had Subway cookies from other outlets, and they’re generally soft and chewy. This particular outlet seems to have perfected a completely different recipe — chocolate chip cookies with the structural integrity of a biscuit. Consistency is usually a good thing in a business. This outlet has certainly achieved that. Hopefully, one day I’ll get to experience the soft Subway cookie that everyone else seems to be getting.

Today 1 July 2026 my hubby went this outlet to buy subway sandwich. There is one lady staff is super rude. My hubby just ask for the sauce of red wine vinegar, if your stall cannot have this just tell my hubby sorry this a hala place so no wine instead she tell my hubby off. Is the this kind of service your stall provides to customers so rude and impolite. I would like to see action taken on this server. Very disappointed with this kind of service.

Disappointing experience today. The cashier, Nat, was rude and dismissive. She asked if I wanted a cookie, I said no. Later after payment of $6.80 (daily deal which includes cookie and drink), I asked for the drink, she reprimanded me on how to properly order and she had already keyed in things??? Next, she kept telling me to take the bottled water myself. When I pointed towards the drink dispenser instead, she only then asked if I wanted a cup. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. Perhaps staff could clarify upfront whether customers want the *full meal set* instead of just asking about the cookie. The experience left a bad impression, which is disappointing for what should have been a simple order.

The old cashier staff is acting like boss. She screams as though customers cannot hear her. She is rude and long winded, making the environment very tensed.
