Tried this outlet... And the quality is well maintained. Have been my go to local burger - for their signature mala burger and the most recent promo - the sliders, shin mala and ebiko. Sinfully yummy and addictive. Service is welcoming and with clean and relatively spacious seating areas. Will be back for more when the cravings hit!

Got 1 garlic chicken burger, 1 shin mala slider and 1 tobiko slider. Love the slider concept as its so affordable + lets you have a smaller portion / try more flavours. I was surprised to find that the garlic burger was my favourite! Wouldn't say its very garlicky but the sauce was delicious. The mala really tasted like sichuan peppercorn but I found it a bit overbearing in a burger. The tobiko sauce would have been better if they paired it with a prawn patty. The chicken is crispy and the lettuce is fresh. However the burgers were not hot at all which is surprising considering they took 20min to pack my order (no idea why it took so long if they weren't making everything to order as there weren't many people in the shop either). The fries were not fresh either and the passionfruit soda was meh. But overall still yummy and decent value for money

Very disappointing experience. While we were dining, a cockroach crawled onto our leg from the seating area. This was shocking and completely ruined our meal. A restaurant should maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene, especially in the dining area. Seeing a cockroach makes customers question the overall food safety standards. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their pest control and cleanliness. Until then, I wouldn't recommend dining here.
