The service was dreadful 😡 and the food equally poor. My order took forever, and the burger was badly prepared, the meat barely held together. 🍔 The fries were a disaster—soggy and flavorless. 🍟 They even forgot to include chili sauce and a napkin for my takeaway. I absolutely won't be returning. 😤

I love the ebiko chicken burger and the wasabi dip for the fries. Waiting time very fast and the fries were piping hot. The price little bit pricey at $10.40 for the meal but taste is good.

I’ve been wanting to try shiok burger and had a garlic chicken burger with shiok fries. The garlic chicken was crispy and tender and the garlic sauce has a strong sweet garlicky taste. The shiok fries tasted very good, they had cheese and a type of bbq sauce with some (very minimally) mince beef sprinkled on top with deep fried spring onions. The fries was crispy on the outside. There was a $1 discount for shiok fries on Friday. I thought the burgers & fries here were pretty good and novel. It was different from the usual burgers. I quite like the food.

Mala burger is good and cucumber mint soda refreshing. But the beef cheese fries ($5 large) is really sad, it’s minced beef sprinkled on top and the cheese sauce has no cheese taste. It just taste like mayo fries.

First visit to this restaurant, I ordered the Mala Chicken Burger set ($4.99). The restaurant was very small, it was a little uncomfortable having to sit there. I had to sit near the order kiosk and there was also some noise from outside as the entrance was wide open. The food was prepared swiftly and I received my meal fast. The food was alright, burger tasted nice. The coca cola was good too. It was quite affordable but I wouldn't recommend eating in as there was a very small space. It's probably worse when it's crowded too.
