Title: 🚩 The worst Char Kway Teow I’ve ever had—total daylight robbery As someone who absolutely loves Char Kway Teow, I’m usually willing to lower my standards a little just to get my fix… but eating here was honestly the biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time. I can’t believe I didn’t check the reviews first—now I see why this place only has 1.7 stars, and I’m shocked it’s still in business. They are so stingy with ingredients: fish cakes and prawns are practically non-existent. It felt like a treasure hunt just to find one tiny, sad little prawn in the whole plate. I can only imagine how much profit they’re making off this—this is nothing short of daylight robbery, and I was foolish enough to fall for it. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Atrocious plate of char kway teow. 5.80, don't even have Chinese sausage/hot dog and only 2 prawns. No sweet sauce added, tasted more like mee goreng swapped out noodles for kway teow. Worst of all bean sprouts so raw I rather eat it out of the originating bag, some people may fall ill due to this. Ridiculous. Ate this same item 2-3 years ago and it was so much better.

Tried the carrot cake combo for 6.50$ which is a decent price considering the amount of food. Saw this place has bad reviews but tbh I quite liked it. Good seasoning and wok hei made it quite tasty and the texture was nice and not too mushy too. Overall I would definitely come back and try other items here.

The carrot cake combo I ordered was inedible. Overcooked, mushy. The black one was way too sweet and the white one had no taste plus had egg shells. No spring onions or any onions in the dish, and no sign of carrots or garlic. Couldn’t eat more than 5 spoons.
