I had a pleasant meal at Sanook Kitchen - VivoCity, and the service made the visit easy and comfortable. The dishes arrived quickly and looked well put together, with ingredients that seemed fresh. For me, the flavors were a bit milder than I expected from Thai food, but it was still a solid option if you want a good meal at VivoCity without spending too much.

Had a wonderful experience dining here! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We were attended to promptly, and the food was served nicely and tasted great. I'm very satisfied with the overall service, especially the cashier ms Selly Diana and the Sabahan guy, they were both so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant one. Will definitely come back again!

I had a really positive experience with their service recovery. I didn’t even realize an item was missing from my self picked up order, but the restaurant proactively reached out to inform me and offered to deliver it to my nearest location, which I truly appreciated. Since it was more convenient for me, I chose to drop by the next day after work to collect the missing item. When I did, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The staff were friendly and made the process easy. Food portions were generous, and the quality did not disappoint. Great to see a team that takes responsibility and goes the extra mile for their customers.

Great spot for Thai cuisine, especially if you’re looking for good lunch deals. The menu offers plenty of options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The staff are kind, friendly, and make the experience even better. Prices are reasonable for the quality and variety you get—definitely worth a visit.
