I was so happy to find this place and enjoy a meal here, especially since it no longer exists in Thailand. The prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and there are plenty of seats. Even though it’s a self-service restaurant, the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the overall experience even better.

Great, rare and simple fast food. Chicken is tad too small but juicier than KFC. The beef cheese fries is superb but maybe more cheese would be good. Served Ryan is friendly and helpful. There are too much mini noise like food jingle cause the place where customers eat are surrounded by Mr Coconut, Jolly Bee and Encik Tan. A&W customers eat away from the cashier counter under the escalator.

Very fast turnaround time. The process was smooth and efficient. It may not be for everyone, but a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you for the service!

It was Friday, and as usual, TGIF! VivoCity was bustling with people eager to catch a movie, enjoy some shopping, and spend quality time with their families. I was there with my son, daughter-in-law, and my two grandsons aged 5 and 2. We noticed the A&W restaurant and decided to have our meal there. While waiting to be seated, we were attended to by a staff member named Divesh, whose role was to clean tables and usher customers to available seats. Despite being on his feet for long hours and handling a constant flow of customers, Divesh never failed to greet everyone with a warm smile. When it was our turn, he immediately brought over a child seat and thoughtfully rearranged the tables so that all of us could sit comfortably together. Although he was wearing a mask, I could still see the kindness and warmth in his smile. When I asked for his name, he politely introduced himself. Staff like Divesh are a true asset to A&W. His dedication, attentiveness, and positive attitude reflect the brand exceptionally well. A&W is fortunate to have an employee who goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome and valued. Thank you, Divesh, for making our family dining experience a memorable one.

Very disappointed with the service that the staff B (looks like tall Malay guy) provided, already clearly mentioned to the servicing staff A (Indian guy) that I’m requesting for 2 pieces of chicken breast and the servicing staff A clearly told the staff B who is handling the boxing of chicken but your staff B just ignore the request and given 2 small pieces of chicken which are clearly drumstick and thighs and the thighs tasted weird… The staff B also serving with a terrible attitude kind of face (like someone owe him money never return)… really disappointed and will not patronize anymore 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
