Love the seafood glass noodles and kangkong. Very appetizing and the spiciness was just nice. The steak, a bit too hard to chew, but it’s still value for money. The lemon grass and ice milk tea drink was nice too. Mango sticky rice is a bit disappointing..

very good food and even better service. definitely will be back ! everyone was very polite in greeting u when u enter or exit the place, in serving food or replying when u thank them, and very prompt to service when called. food served relatively fast! really enjoy the service here, sharing plates given without asking!! sticky rice cld b more flavourful i felt but the mango was nice and sweet. fish is definitely a must try, sauce really packed a punch n tasted like clear tomyum. spicy, very tangy and appetising. fried rice can be passed. spring rolls are nice and crispy, basic side dish. vermicelli is a must try. very flavourful and bouncy well cooked noodles. loved everything about the meal!

Nice authentic Thai cuisine with prompt service. The tomyam soup and fried fish are recommended. The desserts are also very nice.

My intention was to eat Thai food, ended up eating western food instead. Ordered half spring chicken and jumbo fish and chips. Took around 25 minutes to arrive. I enjoyed the fish especially the tartar sauce, great with the fish and also the chips. The garden salad was not available and replaced with coleslaw which I preferred. Not much crowded at my visit for dinner. Crowd quite building after but still have seats left.

a bit pricey but the foods real good, however, honestly could work on their customer service because the staff do seem quite cold not to mention that they have service fees

1st time trying and absolutely recommend this place! Both food and customer service was superb as they really attended to our needs, they were kind to help with our request as my grandma had to have her vegetables cut to be able to chew better, and they did! Got for her hot water too :) Food was really good and affordable 👍🏼 Tomyam soup was just nice and mild and overall my family loved the food there! Thank you Sakon Thai and we’ll be back again 🥰

Drinks are overly sweet. Lunch sets are from $8.9, which include a main and a drink. Clear tomyam soup with noodles. Taste is 6.5/10 Green curry is also quite good here. Would rate 2 star for their food as I don’t think they are maintaining their standard.

2 really great dishes we ordered was the soft shell crab vermicelli and the red Tom yam soup! The noodles were flavorful paired with the crispy soft shell crab. Tom yam soup was spicy with loads of ingredients! Really value for money. The ambience was amazing, with soft and cozy lighting to set the mood, and great service all round! Will come again!

Food is pretty ok. Not great but not bad. Service is sooooo poor. Most of them are rude and care very little about being in the service industry. Also, the pad Thai Chicken I ordered for take away came with 1 shrimp and tofu, but no chicken. Not sure if I got a seafood pad Thai instead…

First time here. Tried the soft shell crab vermicelli. the vermicelli was flavorful however the soft shell crab was not fresh. Feedback to one of the staff and she just reply. Ok i will update the cook. Will not recommend this resturant.

Unpleasant experience during lunch when there were only a few filled tables: 1. Was told to scan the QR code to order, but the ‘app’ doesn’t load properly - you cannot see the dish pictures after donkey years 2. Was then told to order at the cashier counter 3. After almost 45mins and one reminder, my partner still did not get her lunch while I have already finished mine. Saw at least 1 other table complaining about not getting their lunch 4. Gave feedback to a staff who said she wasn’t in charge but her manager was 5. Had to speak to another seemingly senior staff who said her manager was in the kitchen. But when I asked to see him/her, was told the person is busy. Said staff then explained the earlier order placed did not reach the kitchen although strangely my own order came Nonetheless, at least the staff were apologetic and the service charge was eventually waived. The restaurant really needs to sort out their order system quickly.

Yummy and authentic Thai dishes!💯 🍽️ What we had: 🐔 Thai Basil Chicken W/ Rice- Thai Basil Chicken Rice is served with a side of steamed jasmine rice, which acts as a perfect base for the flavorful chicken and sauce. The combination of the tender chicken, aromatic basil, and savory sauce creates a dish that is both comforting and satisfying. 🐮 Thai BBQ Beef W/ Rice- Thai BBQ Beef W/ Rice is a popular and delicious dish that combines the rich flavors of smokey grilled beef with the fragrant herbs and spices of traditional Thai cuisine. This mouth-watering dish is a perfect balance of savory, sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors that create a symphony of taste sensations on your palate.

Quick Dinner here @sakon.thai Sakon Thai & Chargrill Western. This restaurant offers good casual affordable authentic Thai food as well as western food. They have a big menu and it will take some time for me to cover everything. What we ate: *Phad Thai Seafood Noodles were chewy and seafood was fresh. Very delicious and taste yummy and authentic. Love this! *Tom Yum Seafood Hor Fun Really need to order this again on my next trip there. Was packed with wok hei and has a sourish light clear tom yum broth. Yum! Classic Thai Drinks were really good too: *Thai Iced Milk Tea *Cold Lemongrass Both were really tall glasses and not overly sweet and thick. It’s effortless to say that I highly recommend this restaurant for the great price, authentic Thai menu and western food. It doesn’t stop here check out the set lunch menus which starts from $10.50. And buy 4 sets & get the 5th set at only @ $1.00 for dine in only. Takeout is a must as you get 20% off! Service was so friendly and fast! Lovely big space Highly recommended!
