Bought rotiboy bread (coffee + butter) and it tasted really good when I bought it for the first time. Piping hot and crunchy, melt-in-mouth butter paired with coffee aroma. However, the subsequent two occasions which I bought, the breads were mildly cold and so-so only, not really worth the price. Inconsistent standards

Nice food but horrible service. When I went 1 hour before closing, there were many buns there and a queue so I waited. But the staff kept serving the people who were not in Q or behind me. I was frustrated by this rude service. When I tried to call the staff, she ignored me. Only after a few tries she told me everything is sold out and only for pre-orders. If things are sold out, put a sign or at least not waste people's time by ignoring them. How would anyone know the buns are sold out or only for pickup when there are so many?

Your shop assistant at Funan is really bad. We were’t even rude or anything to him. He just keep giving a black face and not responding, in e end i took my bun, and left. I don’t even bother to show my paynow transaction and he also don’t bother to see. Is like we owe him when we are making a purchase.. save your brand, and give them some cs course training.. if they are so upset, stay home, don’t ruin other ppl’s day. Turn’s out is a lady by seeing previous comments. No offence but really, I am paying $7.50 to receive such rubbish behavior.

Zero cutomer service. This malay girl is totally useless. If zero is an option you deserve zero star! I bought 5 one shot ( not my first time) I was asking the different flavour to be placed seperately and she just gave me a plastic without any eye contact or offer to help me pack serperatly. The owner can sack this staff as she is not interested in her job. Customers can just select order from a tablet to get the bun dispensed in a machine instead. No need such poor attitude staff if you continue to give such poor customers service. I end up paying money and saying thank you for zero service rendered. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Was so excited to try this but me and my husband was on the side deciding on what to buy. Chinese lady was rude and shouted "ARE U IN THE QUEUE??!". After that tone we decided not to buy and she then rolled her eyes. Completely rude staff.
