Chicken is very tender and goes well with the mushroom cream sauce. Salad is nice, though it looks a bit different from the picture. Mushroom soup is a bit watered down, but taste is nice. Service is very good, they had colouring papers and biscuits for the kids, and staff were courteous and efficient. Aircon is a bit low and stuffy, but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Very good food! I knew nothing about this restaurant so it was really surprising. I don't remember what we had but these were amazing: Truffle fries Risotto Roasted brussel sprouts (good!!) Oxtail with tomato cream risotto (great choice as well) Pan seared sea bass (quite salty) The desserts were fine...but totally coming back again to try the other menus.

The roasted chicken was done exceptionally well. Very delicious and super tender. We loved the mushroom cream sauce and sides. The mushroom risotto was also really good! Staff was really polite, friendly to children and gave us a complimentary dessert - which was delicate and not too sweet! A very kids friendly place too!

I would say the service is excellent. Accommodative and indeed a pleasant experience. We were there first at 11:30am when it opened. We waited a little over 10 minutes for the food after we made the order. Freshness has to be a factor. The quality of food as I inadvertently quoted my son : “the food is creamy, chocolatey and salty”. Ordered the best portion of the original half chicken. 9/10. Worth another visit.

Overall good environment and service. Food taste great and good portion. Only issue is that they seem very eager to clear the plates even when we are not fully done yet. The restaurant is half empty so I don't see the rush..

•The chicken dish was decent though the cream sauce was a little too sweet. •Clams on toast had a slightly fishy smell and tasted sandy too. •Fish was tender but the sauce was creamy and slightly spicy, which didn't go too well with the shredded veggies. •The steak came medium rare though I ordered medium well. •The best dish was the roasted brussel sprouts. •Service was excellent.

Great service and great food. We really happy with the service crew and the manager, Mr Rai who was accommodating and helpful with us who had an elderly using wheelchair. Food was served fast too. They gave us complimentary desserts which we are thankful for. Thanks Poulet for the good birthday experience. We will definitely come back again.

Excellent service and yummy food! 🤤 We ordered a variety of food, including mushroom Truffle risotto, mixed salad sides and their pudding dessert, because we had a big group today. And all the food tasted great, and food get served quickly too. They have vegetarian options. Weekday promotion menu was the most worth it. 😁 Thanks for Nur's attentive and friendly service to make the experience even better!

Service here wasn’t a pleasant one unfortunately. Half way through our meal we wanted to add-on just the garlic bread stick and approach the crew to assist however instead of assisting his unfriendliness doesn’t make us comfortable and also demanded us to order from QR code shown on the table as was the only option. It could be nice if he could help with the add-on despite we already placed & our order is already served hence we decided not to order. We were told during payment that manual order can be done and it was just unforeseen that the staff refuse to help us. 😣

Nice french restaurant. Service workers very nice and polite. Food is solid. Please try the BBQ chicken. It's nice. Dessert glass made of plastic, cannot carry my dessert spoon, other than that, it's all good.

Staff were very nice but the food was quite mediocre. Ordered the seafood pasta with spicy pink sauce and there were only 3 medium sized prawns, 3 clams and 2 squid. Truffle fries didn’t really have truffle taste as well. Will recommend to stick to their chicken dishes.

Always love poulet as I like their chicken with the mushroom cream sauce. This time, I went to the poulet at causeway point for my dinner. It is a cozy and quiet environment as there is not many people even during dinner time. I ordered their 11.11 mixed and match special meal, which include chicken with lemon sauce, four piece spicy winglets, and homemade lemon tea. The food is quite good, but I still prefer their chicken with the mushroom cream sauce. Service was very fast as well because there were not many people. Overall, I will come back again for my usual.

Food is great especially the roasted chicken as it so soft and tender .. Staff and Manager here are very friendly and efficient .. Came here for iftar, felt very welcomed as the place plays Raya musics and the plus point is that they turned on Warma FM for us muslims to hear the azan to break our fast .. Loving this outlet's service ! Good job 👍🏼👍🏼

All the staff was really helpful. The manager especially (the one wearing all black) was really reliable and ensured that we got our food timely. It was busy during dinner service but the staff was nice and the food was delicious. I will definitely come again for the service and quality of food. Thank you for the great service!
