The service was fast and smooth. The food and drinks arrived on time and were served in perfect condition. The manager on duty, Z, was very approachable, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location has a lovely ambiance—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing dining experience. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again!

I’ve come back to Poulet at Kallang Wave Mall quite a few times, and the Brussels sprouts are still my favorite thing to order. The half chicken with mushroom sauce is a solid choice too, and the quality has stayed consistently good over time. I also appreciated the warm service from Linda, who made the visit feel extra pleasant. I’d happily return again.

Thank you for the warm and friendly service. I came around 5pm+ on a TUESDAY, and the place was pretty quiet and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing. MANAGER FIRDAUS was especially welcoming — she was very smiley, friendly, and attentive throughout. Her cheerful attitude really made the visit more enjoyable and made me feel even happier being there. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is so positive and pleasant. The ambience was also very nice and comfortable. It’s a great place to sit down, relax, and catch up. I enjoyed spending time here with friends, and the calm environment made it even better. Thank you TO MANAGER FIRDAUS and ALL THE TEAM FOR THE GREAT SERVICE . I would definitely be happy to come back again.

Thank you, Firdaus, for your great service! The food at Poulet was simply awesome. We tried the combo value meals, and they were truly worth every dollar spent, offering both excellent quality and generous portions. Among the dishes we ordered were the breaded fish, roast chicken, and beef meatballs, all of which were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The roast chicken was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, while the breaded fish had a crispy exterior and moist, flaky meat inside. The beef meatballs were delicious, rich, and satisfying, making them a great complement to the meal. What made our dining experience even better was the attentive and friendly service provided by Firdaus. He was welcoming, professional, and ensured that everything was served promptly. His warm attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction made us feel valued throughout our visit. The restaurant also had a pleasant atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Combined with the affordable pricing, quality ingredients, and excellent service, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We left feeling very satisfied and impressed by both the food and hospitality. Came on Saturday at 5.30pm. No queue. Ordered a creamy beef oxtail pasta with caramelised onion. I could not taste any of the caramelised onion. It was creamy though. The oxtail was in small pieces and there were around 4 half tomatoes. I feel it was not worth the value of $22.66. Would give it a miss the next time.
