What happened to the standard of the food. Scallops 50% smaller than usual. Sotong changed multiple times & still dont taste good. Marination seems different too. Have dined for years, not sure if I would come back again.

The overall quality of the food here has really gone downhill. A few specific issues from my recent visit. The dishes were served lukewarm rather than hot. Portion sizes have also shrunk significantly—the soup bowl was less than half full, and the vegetable servings were much smaller than before. My usual favorite is the squid set, but they seem to have changed the type of squid used, and the portion was reduced as well. Additionally, the beef was tough, chewy, and severely overcooked. Quite a disappointing experience.

The dining experience today wasn’t great — the portions were smaller than what others got, and the chef looked quite tired. I wouldn’t recommend coming here on weekends.

The cooking area is absolutely in a big mess! No wipe down after cooking 1 dish. The chef is just cooking for the sake of cooking, as if it is to complete their task. Not coming here anymore as this is the most unprofessional teppanyaki I have ever been to!!!!!

Decided to give Teppan-Yaki a chance despite its poor 2.9-star rating on Google, but it turned out to be a regrettable decision. The bean sprouts were badly overcooked, and I even found a hard unidentified object in the dish, as shown in the third photo. This raises serious concerns about the food quality and preparation standards. Truly disappointing experience.
