I didn't eat in the restaurant. I ordered online and picked up in store. I had to go for the Classic Spicy Big Mary because nothing beats that sandwich. I also opted to try their Ghost Pepper Pop Ins Poutine. Size wise kind of small for the price but it was flavored well and the sauce was superb. I quite enjoyed this and would order it again Update: Uploaded some Tater Poutine and Spicy Big Mary Photos

I bought the 6 pc meal at this location and I ordered on the app. I always order white meat only and the app only let's you pick 1 chicken option, so I picked the Centre and paid $2.50 additional and noted in the comments to only include white meat pieces but no wing. Hubby went to pickup and when he got there checked the order and there was a wing piece. So he told the cashier he didn't want the wing so they switched it out with a center piece but charged him another $2.50 . Whe he got home there was a leg. So I called the store and spoke with Vanessa , I believe she was the manager. Wow, was her Customer Service horrible. She kept arguing with me and very ignorant and arrogant. Not sure what the problem was. I asked for all white meat pcs and was willing to pay the up charge. But she kept arguing like I was asking for the white meat for free. They obviously didn't follow my instruction of white meat only and charge me the upcharge for that. Do better Vanessa. You are in a hospitality business and should be a little more polite. Whether you were having a bad day or not, don't take it out on your customers. This will be the last time , I will be going to this location.

New Year’s Eve we ordered our dinner through the app. Our food came exactly on time and everything we ordered was delicious! It was hot, fresh, the chicken pieces were a good size, nice and tender. The chicken wings also delicious, and the taters were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Thank you Mary Brown’s for making our New Year’s Eve easy and fun! We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family.

I ordered 2 big Mary sandwiches using the Mary Brown's app during a $1.93 sandwich promotion. I ordered for lunch fearing the masses that would descend upon the restaurant later in the day. Saying that, it was packed with people when I arrived, the order window was pasted with probably 30 receipts waiting to be filled. The folks waiting inside were patient and the staff worked feverishly to get orders fulfilled. The staff were super friendly and helpful when I asked if they were calling names as orders were filled (which they were). I waited about 5 minutes for my order which was about 15 minutes ahead of what the app was telling me, and, I bypassed many customers, so, ordering ahead was more than worth it. I took my lunch out to the parking lot. The sandwiches were great, solid white meat, adequately sized, juicy and quite tasty. The breading is very simply spiced, mainly salt and pepper. The bun was soft and fresh, topped with a pickle slice, the sandwich contained finely shredded lettuce and mayo as well. Overall I was very happy with my order. And would return.
