We had a great experience at the Church’s Chicken on St. Clair West. The service from Lovepreet at the counter was excellent, friendly, fast, and professional. The kitchen staff also did a great job; the food came out fresh, hot, and tasty. It’s always nice to see a team that cares about their customers. Definitely one of the better Church’s locations I’ve visited.

If they could get orders right the food would be great. They don't follow instructions and don't give you what you order. Ordered spicy Mexicana sandwhich and spicy wings neither were spicy. The mexicana sandwhich was missing the standard items that is listed in the description. Ordered onion rings, they were over fried the onion inside was too crisp couldn't taste the onion. My fries were not included come with my combo was missed all together. The biscuits were fresh however they are getting smaller each time ordered. I've stopped in to order and I've order through uber eats and it's the same service. Slow, we always have to wait for our orders. If you order through uber eats it seems they leave those orders for last. Message says preparing for 1/2 to 1hr. I've been in store and seen drivers sit there waiting for orders and walk ins served sooner than them. A plus with this location food is packed in a delivery bag that is stapled sealed and the drinks are taped up so you know if it has been tampered with. If they would get more staff in the kitchen and up front the service and food would be a lot better. I won't be ordering from this location in the future, especially when disappointed with our meal and not worth the hassle to go back when orders wrong or items missing.
