Bought a lot of food for an event but Kheng Xiang was still very patient and I really appreciated his service. There’s also a 20% discount for NUH staff and NUS students!

food poisoning from expired cake. turns out the cake was 1 day, yes ONE DAY from expiring, and apparently the cake was still allowed to be sold to customers. extremely poor quality of food and inventory management. have feedback but totally ignored by their customer service team. will never be going back to any polar outlet ever again. absolute trash

I lost my wallet while shopping and did not realise until a few days later. One can imagine the panic and shock followed by tremendous relief when my wallet is found. My most sincere thanks to the amazing team at Polar Puffs & Cakes (NUH outlet) for your honesty, care, and professionalism in safeguarding my wallet and ensuring it was returned safely. It is genuinely reassuring and uplifting to encounter such integrity and responsibility in action. A heartfelt thank you once again to the entire team. I’m sincerely grateful.

Just want to make special commendation for the barista making drinks for morning shift. His kopi C kosong is tip top. Well blended and not bitter with just the right amount of milk. Thank you for showing that you care through the way you serve your customers.
