This was my first visit to Paris Baguette at Northpoint City (Level 2), where I was meeting a client, and I left thoroughly impressed. I would like to specially commend Yong for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She patiently accommodated all of my requests, even though some of them were a little complicated. Whenever she had to attend to another customer while I was waiting, she would politely apologise with genuine sincerity, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was how dedicated and hardworking she was throughout my visit. She was constantly multitasking—handling the cashier, preparing drinks, serving customers, and checking in with diners to ask about the quality of their food and overall experience. Despite being so busy, she remained calm, friendly, and maintained a positive attitude with every customer she attended to. Employees like Yong are truly an asset to Paris Baguette. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent service reflect the kind of hospitality that keeps customers coming back. I sincerely hope the management recognises her hard work and dedication, as she genuinely deserves the recognition. As for the food, Paris Baguette never disappoints. I always enjoy the tuna sandwich and the caramel latte—they remain my favourites. Thank you, Yong, for making my first visit to the Northpoint outlet such a pleasant experience. Keep up the fantastic work! Best Regards, Karim Amin

To be honest, I love the food at Paris Baguette, but my experience with one of the staff members, Fatin, at the Northpoint outlet was disappointing. I placed a Grab order for self-pickup, just now on 10 July 26 at 1120am and the customer service I received was not friendly or welcoming. As someone who enjoys your food, I hope you can place more emphasis on customer service training, especially at the Yishun Northpoint branch. A positive attitude and friendly service would make the overall experience much better. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience. Thank you.
