I had a great experience at Popeyes recently, and I just wanted to commend the amazing service from Dian, Shikin, and Siti. From the moment I stepped in, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Despite the busy crowd, they handled everything with efficiency and a smile, making sure orders were accurate and served promptly. What stood out most was their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customers felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you Dian, Shikin, and Siti for making the dining experience so pleasant! Really love the coleslaw and waffles!

Can I suggest, once food is ready, just press the number and I’m sure the customer will come and pick up. For some reason the staff chose to put down the food, scream the number once, and turn around to prepare other orders. Half the customers are seated at the other corner and some are wearing earphones, can’t expect anyone to hear you right? Is it that difficult to press 3 numbers??

Ehh I'm not sure why but everything is dry. From the biscuit to the chicken and even my fries. Something wrong with the thermometer maybe? Oil temperature is a little too high for the cooking time? My biscuit is actually hard and dense. Not the soft fluffy insides I was looking forward to. Or maybe a recipe change? Always liked popeyes so it was a bit disappointing today! Service is damn good tho! All the staff are super friendly

Nice ambience with many empty seats. Seats are comfortable and tables are clean. Kids high chair available.

Tried the Mala flavor at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken — the spicy, numbing mala aroma really stands out. The chicken was juicy, with a kick that’s flavorful but not overpowering. A nice twist if you’re looking for something different, perfect for a quick bite around Orchard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
