Ordered their strawberry fresh cream cake online from grab food. Food came with fruits mouldy. Called restaurant and restaurant staff was quite unprofessional. Could not really understand what the staff was saying After food came mouldy, no solutions offered, no refund offered, no customer care service provided Never ordering from here again thumbs down

The quality and taste are consistent with other Paris Baguette outlets. The staff was nice, even when we were taking our time to decide on our purchase (during non-peak hours). The mushroom soup was great—creamy, with a lot of mushroom chunks, and the truffle oil enhanced the aroma. However, the portion size was smaller than at other outlets I’ve been to. I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal issue, but the Muscat grapes were small and rather sour compared to other outlets I’ve visited.

Bought the roll cake for the first time, and service staff said that it will last around 5 days. However , I realized the roll cake has a 2 days expiry (date was at the back of the box) when I got home! That’s way too short and I won’t have bought it if I knew that’s the case. The store needs to improve the freshness of the cakes and educate service staff to inform customers accurately on the expiry dates. Disappointed

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit yesterday ( 15 Feb ) around 4pm. The male counter staff was busy replenishing the cakes while another staff was clearing tables. I waited patiently at the counter to place my order. When he finally attended to me, his body language was unwelcoming and he appeared visibly annoyed, even behind his mask. It felt as though he was forced to take my order. When I asked for cheesecake, I couldn’t recall the exact name. He immediately brushed me off and said they didn’t have any cheesecake, without offering any clarification or alternatives. Later, I realised it was actually the tiramisu cheesecake displayed at the counter. He could have at least informed me of the available cheesecake options instead of dismissing my request so abruptly. This interaction completely ruined my tea break. I was not expecting special treatment, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard. If staff are unhappy serving customers, it reflects poorly on the establishment. Very disappointing experience.

Attitude of the staff need to change. Was here today at 9.38am and got pizza bread and choco bun. Asked for the pizza bread to be warm up and 1 malay guy made a remarks saying I'm being fussy. So how am I fussy when I asked politely for the pizza bread to be warmed up. And furthermore he speaks in malay and I'm multi language. I understands what he was saying. I've been to other Paris baguette and their service is good. Just this one their service is below par. No warm greetings and not friendly at all. Should have gone to Starbucks. Where they serve better. Paris baguette you lost yourself a customer.
