I ordered and paid for two Coconut MJK and one Pistachio Kunafa Pancake. However, I was served two Coconut MJK and one Pistachio Kunafa MJK instead. When I informed the staff that I had received the Pistachio Kunafa MJK instead of the Pistachio Kunafa Pancake, the staff member insisted that I had placed the order incorrectly. This was confusing, as I had paid the price corresponding to two MJKs and one Pistachio Kunafa Pancake, not three MJKs. Despite pointing this out, the mistake was not acknowledged, and I was neither given the correct item nor offered a refund. I am very disappointed by both the incorrect order and the way the situation was handled. Better attention to customer orders and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
