super unfriendly staff. there was no queue or anything, so i decided to purchase 2 boxes of mini munchis. i wasn't informed about any waiting time etc and my past few purchases have been quite pleasant. however upon ordering, the staff (malay, glasses, quite tall and big), no smile, no welcoming tone whatsoever, took my order and when j mentioned mini munchi pancake, he gave the worst RBF ive ever seen in service, and shook his head as if disapproving. i ordered a classic mini and a premium and he didn't even click those in correctly. AFTER payment, only then did he tell me in a deadpan tone, "30 to 45 minutes wait." the problem isn't the duration of the waiting time but the fact that he told me so only after payment and when the machine thing stated 5. and honestly, had he just been friendlier, i wouldn't have had any problem. Seriously. super disappointed in this cause ive really had good experiences the past few times. I wanted to cancel the order but didn't because i would like to think he's had a bad day or something and i had some place to be by the time the "30-45" mins would have passed. thinking back, i really should've just cancelled. I paid $12 and didnt even get good service nor efficient products. oh, lack of manners was also another thing. no hi, no thank you. when i collected it, he just went "there." And gestured at my order. i can safely say i remained well mannered and respectful, with thank yous and a smile. service seriously needs to be trained here.

I’ve never bothered to try munchi pancakes until pistachio kunafa flavour came out. It’s easily my go-to tea break snack that I can dapao back to the office and warm up in the microwave. The filling amount is not stingy and flavour is a bit sweeter than my liking but perfectly paired with some cold plain milk, especially when I’ve warmed up the munchi pancake. I now understand why the munchi near my home mrt always has a long queue after work. Please make pistachio kunafa a permanent flavour!

yummy mjk, just bought their pistachio kunafa mjk and loved the crispy edges. the filling was nice but i feel like it’s slightly on the sweeter side. might be better hot? (i ate it cold, u can ask the staff to heat it up but i didn’t) maybe i can try the hot version next time

I was quite disappointed with the mini munchie that I ordered. I waited for 10mins and realised that it is cold and not heated up at all. I mean if I am expecting to wait for 10mins, I expect that the pancakes supposedly to be hot. Even my hazelnut filling is also served warmed too. The chocolate is hard and not even spread properly at all
