Fast service and easy to order via kiosk. But there’s a difference lately. I used to order around 10am and always got the lucky enoki roll. Crispy and fresh tasting. Nowadays when I buy it at around 7pm, the rice is mushy and enoki no taste not crispy. Not fresh. The rice rlly ruins it. Hope my feedback would be taken srsly cos it’s not nice already ):

First time ordered lucky enoki from this outlet and the enoki was surprisingly very crispy compared to the one i had before at other outlet. Definitely will come back again

This afternoon I when to the outlet at Woodland Station Maki -san have this staff member call Mariah the Service rude I ask her some question because I’am not sure the ingredient she perform unhappy and very rude When I order my order she asked still looking her for handphone I don’t know she have here not what the customer say !and I asking for DIY sushi inside must have the grilled chicken inside but she didn’t put inside and the sushi roll Ruth.

I often went to Admiralty outlet cause it's near my home but the service wasn't that good. The Woodlands outlet service is better, being helpful assisting me with my order. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Excellent service and my sushi roll was wrapped and cut perfectly. Went to other outlet and my sushi roll wasn’t wrapped properly so it fell apart. However this outlet gave me perfectly rolled sushi and didn’t fall apart. I wasn’t sure as well on using the kiosk to order as i am used to paper and pencil to write my order but the staff was quick to assist and received my food not long after. Served by Wan, thumbs up for his great service and quality of food served was superb!! Highly recommended to visit 👍🏻

The standard and quality of this store has improved drastically not sure if it’s because i am served by a different staff now as compared to back then. I don’t remember clearly on the staff who served me back then though i do remember a few unpleasant experiences. However, lately I was served by a staff named Wan and he was quick to assist and wasn’t rude despite having piling orders and other customers to attend to. Thank you for being patient with me especially when i had issues paying with my debit card. Cheers Wan for your great attitude in serving customers!!

Rude staff on duty. You could see that she doesn't want to be working from her attitude while preparing my order. She threw the ingredients in my salad bowl, and once she was done with my order she literally threw the bag of salad on the counter top for me to pick it up. I understand it's not easy working in a humid environment but that's the location of the outlet. If it bothers you, quit. Date & time of visit: 7 Apr 2024, 12.57pm.
