Ordered the soy latte, taste quite bad, one of the worst soy latte i've had. Want to order the orh nee pancake but the staff don't want to make a new one, ask me to take one of the many leftover stale pancakes instead. Don't accept paywave, only paynow or paylah.

The food and drinks were as good as ever. I could tell the Malay staff member was new and trying her best, which I really appreciated. However, another staff member could improve on her customer service. She came across as quite loud, and her tone of speech felt a little rude at times. Hopefully, this can be improved, as the overall experience was otherwise enjoyable.

I had soya milk and the black sesame mochi pancake. The pancake tasted sour and my stomach feels bad after eating the pancake. This is the 2nd time I had a sour product from Mr bean (1st time was in their Toa Payoh outlet). I don’t think I should buy anything from them again.

I like this new Sesame cookie - a nice change from my usual red bean or peanut pancake. Dough is always too much. Mr Bean can be more generous with the paste ingredient to balance off the outside dough. It’s a bit pricey too.

Not worth the visit. There are very few pancake options left—only four: peanut, chocolate, ham and cheese, and cheese. I wanted tuna, but the staff informed me that those are the only available choices. The selection of beancurd in the fridge is also limited. Although the place is spacious, it feels quite empty. I would prefer to walk over to TTSH, where there are many more options.
