1st time here. Walking around and decided to eat this. Food was pretty good and nice vibes. So crowded even at 145pm. Chicken was fresh and juicy. Burger _ shiok la. Overall a great meal.

Went on a weekday at about 2pm and many tables were available. I ordered the chicken chop with coleslaw and fries along with mushroom soup and garlic bread. Chicken chop skin was nice and crispy. The chicken chop comes with one piece of garlic bread but I swopped it for more coleslaw as it might be too filling. Staff was friendly and accommodative and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Great value for money. Delicious food, wide variety. The Chicken Salad came with moist delicious PAN FRIED chicken with thin crispy skin like in a Duck Comfit. Healthy, not deep fried or oily but very flavorful. Nice fresh salad leaves with tasty dressing. Friendly helpful staff makes this a good family restaurant. Keep up the good work!

OMG. order grilled chicken salad today. Cannot believer that the side of the chicken meat portion has shrunk to a very pathetic pieces. the last time i had the same dish is 2 month ago. during that time the portion is so reasonable. today looking at the dish again, this will be my last min ordering this dish. definitely not worth anymore.

Visited on 2 Aug at around 5pm. We ordered the seafood platter, but when bringing the food to our table, one of the prawns fell out of the plate on to the floor. One of the staff members saw and offered us a replacement prawn on his own initiative. I didn't think it was necessary because it was our own fault that we dropped the prawn anyway, but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's attentiveness. Aside, Tenderfresh is not the cheapest chain (mains tend to be >$10), but portion sizes are huge and value for money. Ambience is good for social gatherings with friends or family.
