29May at around 8.30pm,The hijab lady staff at the western stall was rude to my elderly mom. My mom asked for an extra plate, at first the lady gave her a small bowl instead. My mom said no, she wanted a plate. Then the lady replied in Malay, “No, I want to use it.” My mom then said that there were a lot of plates behind her. An argument started, but then a Chinese male staff overheard my mom, spoke to her nicely, and gave her the plate, even helping to wipe it dry. Thank you for being helpful 😊. Hopefully there is a change in treating customers well and not be rude, the food is already expensive and the taste is average , at least have a pleasant service 🙁

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the standard of customer service I received at your Century Square branch during a recent visit. Upon placing my order, I addressed the member of staff at the till in what I believed to be her native language, based on her appearance. Rather than simply and politely clarifying that she would prefer to converse in another language, she responded with visible hostility and a most unwelcoming attitude. A brief, courteous correction would have resolved the matter entirely, there was no cause whatsoever for rudeness. To compound the experience, when I requested that my spaghetti be packed for takeaway, the same member of staff made no effort to assist and instead left me to pack the order myself. I am a regular customer at the Pasir Ris Mall branch, where the staff consistently provide exemplary service, packing orders without hesitation and simply asking that i return the tray. The contrast between the two branches could not be more stark. This was, regrettably, the poorest experience I have had at any Monster Western outlet. I would ask that a member of management contact me at the earliest opportunity to discuss this matter further, as the staff member in question would benefit considerably from additional training in customer-facing service.

Food is good but poor service esp the cashier had a bad attitude. Ordered my set and the cashier keyed in the wrong set n I told her that it's the wrong set when the amt payable didn't match my set. So I asked the lady cashier in black cap to edit my order bf I pay and food was not made yet. The cashier commented that I could not even say the number properly and a few other nasty comments right in front of me and with the other customers in the queue. She could have just edited the order n move on, it's basic courtesy not to make personal remarks abt customer. I did not even comment that she keyed in the wrong order and abt whose fault it was. I was quite appalled by it and it was not surprise when I saw the google reviews abt the wrong ordering and poor customer service at this outlet. Food was good too but will think twice abt buying food from here again.

I ordered the Magic Pasta Carbonara and was quite disappointed. The dish came with a huge heap of spaghetti piled like a mountain, but with very little gravy. The spaghetti was also quite hard and undercooked. I requested for extra gravy and even mentioned that I didn’t mind paying for it, but the counter staff immediately said no without any consideration. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Hope the quality and service can be improved.
