Lady staff taking order was really very bad. First she didn't serve as per order number then she was really not polite. There were so many people waiting for their order and when two Muslim lady walk into order they get their order immediately. Then I found out that everyone got their order and even those behind me gets their and I ask her if my is ready and why those behind me get theirs already and I am still waiting. She stare at me and turn back to take a bag containing two packet took out one and put in a new packet and says"I say now right" which I don't understand what she is tryingt o tell me in any case with such attitude, I really don't care how the food tast. They are on black list.

Extremely disappointed. The char kway teow was bland and tasteless, so my sis politely informed them — but the male cook reacted rudely and confronted her aggressively, which was shocking and unprofessional. The only saving grace was the kind and polite female cashier. Definitely not coming back until they learn proper customer service and basic respect.

I patroned A-Po Hokkien me at 7pm. I had ordered char kuay teow beef and asked for no vegetables. A female staff said "No. Cannot". Asked why. She said "If we are closing, you cannot order without vegetables. " You are closing in 2.5 hours. What kind of service is this? Your chef was appalled by your cashier's replies to me an told her that he can manage my order. I told her that I have ordered before with no problems. She was adamant. So I told her, I will NOT order then. What kind of service is this? I'm very upset about it. You lost a customer.

Food was so awful. The beef hor fun was too salty and I only found 3 small pieces of beef! Bee hoon was dry and again very salty! Oyster omelette was not fried enough. Never again. PS: Should have read the reviews before ordering! What a waste of money.
