Delicious cendol and maybe one of the best in SG I’ve had so far. Despite the very warm weather, the ice didn’t melt too fast. That was really refreshing. The place was very quaint and cosy, very traditional as you can hear radio Warna being played in the background. Tucked in the old school neighbourhood of Jurong west, you should totally visit this place if you crave for traditional Malay kuihs. Known for their cendols which comes in varying flavours such as red bean, durian etc, they also have pisang goreng, putu piring and more.

Worse cendol I've tasted.. $2..only got the green jelly topping. Very sweet and the green Jelly also tasted quite artificial. Still prefer Four Seasons Cendol the best!

I'm small angry that my boyfriend waited 2 years to introduce this shop. The cendol is wonderful, best in Singapore. Refreshing, not too sweet, lovely flavor. Sardine puff is really tasty too! Will be back

1.70 for basic chendol (panda jelly) only + ice + gula melaka + coconut milk. 30 cents for takeaway. Chendol is more salty than sweet. Very average. Pandan jelly not as fragrant. They also serve out putu piring. Shall try next time. 4 for 2 dollars.

Well, if you crave for a bowl of chilled desserts to cold you down during hot days, this is the place I would recommend! The Wallet-friendly-shop not only not only offering you variety of ice Kacang, but they also have pisang goreng, putu Piring, some Malay traditional kueh-kueh. The shop have been featured many times by local and international media. Do stop by and explore! #makanmelaka

Makan Melaka sells authentic cendol! Different toppings to select from, with options like red bean, sweet corn and even durian! The green stuff are soft and doesn't feel like plastic. The gula melaka syrup is the real deal. It's rich and fragrant and comes in a generous serving! Totally worth the calories! Pisang goreng is also highly recommended! About 8 crispy pieces in a packet. Addictive indeed. But the taste really depends on the sweetness of the bananas. The pisang were tasty the last time, but today, they were just bland and starchy. Felt like I was munching on tapioca instead. Vadai was sold out today too. Will try next time.

Dishonest business and substandard quality food. I ordered 36 pieces of kuih and none of them were correct orders. I would appreciate if merchant could contact me beforehand if items are unavailable but they did not. Instead, they sent me wrong food items which I did not ordered. Extremely disappointed, will not order again and will not recommend to others.

Jurong West, Truly Asia… Cafe is set in the suburbs and sells Malay food. Has regular patronage so i assume it’s decent. Chendol is overall good and at some point of dining in I did thought I was in Malaysia.

Cheap cendol in the area! At $2 a bowl this is a steal for your afternoon cold dessert fix. The brown sugar was sufficiently sweet but the coconut milk could be more fragrant. The bowl is presented in a nicely decorated manner, great for the mood.

Bought 4 packet of putu piring to go and we consumed it by 15 mins yet all has gone bad. Very disappointing. Putu piring is not fresh and was already packed at the side.

Traditional chendol $2. If you have red bean it will be $2.30. The taste was interesting and good. Delicious

It was just a very simple bowl of chendol with shaved ice, green jelly, coconut milk and gula melaka. But the flavours were amazing! The gula melaka had a hint of durain and gave it a very nice fragrance!

Bought putu piring, keria, vadeh and goreng pisang in the morning. By the time we come back and consume (in 20 minutes), the putu piring tasted funny and was yellowish. The keria tasted bitter and burnt. The vadeh and goreng pisang was ok. Overall, not a very good experience of food
