Bought 2 chiffon cakes yesterday and today open another pandan flavor and found it turned moldy. Call to alert the shop to remove and put label on expiry date. Promised refund but didn't. Not sure the shop throw away the balance unsold chiffon cake (pandan flavor) or not as never received call back or updates. Bought from other shop put outside 2 days also never see moldy.

Guess soon will close down. This not cheap packet of custard bread, all 4 pieces inside with that small yolk size custard and the rest all bread. Felt scammed! The one at 502 JW more fillings and it’s heavier a lot by this yolk size custard. Will not patronise anymore.

"You want to try the Shio Pan?" Saw that a bakery The Bread Era near my house is now halal-certified, so after buying their chicken pie the staff asked if I want to get Shio Pan (塩パン) too, i.e. Japanese salted butter roll, where "shio" means salt and "pan" means bread. I brought it home, and surprisingly it was so good! It's soft and fluffy, and the bottom is addictively crispy, with a delicate salty buttery taste. Should buy at least two next time. 😆

Headed over here after seeing a online post. Wanted to try out their sourdough bread. Priced $7. Bread was soft. Tried it with cheese and it was great. They have a good varieties of breads, cakes and pastries. Both Ladies present were friendly.

Nice and friendly staff I tried the Tiramisu got standard; the coffee in it is good and fragrant , lady fingers are there, cocoa powder generous layer I love it! (don’t breathe in while you eat, or you gonna choke). $5.40, where to find? It tasted natural and easy to digest, compared to Starbucks’ cakes which are highly priced and the taste seemed somewhat a little not natural I dunno. My relative love their baguette, note old beng’s taste, not gourmet’s taste. What can be improved: Old beng said he wished the vanilla Swiss roll has more cream in it, too thin for him, so he gonna default to polar.
