Poor customer service experience. I ordered a cheesy burger takeaway and specifically requested the salad to be placed on the side. The staff acknowledged my request, but it was not followed when I received my order. I asked for it to be corrected, but the response was to simply scoop it out, which felt careless. The staff also appeared impatient and did not show any friendliness or willingness to resolve the issue properly. Overall, the food was average, but the price is on the higher side for the quality. Given the service experience, it does not feel value for money, and I would not recommend it.

Western halal hawker food. Tried the crispy fish with cream spaghetti and it was good. The portion of fish is very decent for the price ($8 for dine-in), affordable and CDC vouchers are accepted. Came with mashed potato with gravy (close to KFC taste) and a sweet fried bun. Doesn't seem to come with coleslaw unless requested. I liked the cream pasta better than another western stall franchise, which was tasteless and diluted (shall not name). Chilli sauce is fine, not the type that's too tomatoey. Will try other dishes. The hawker centre is clean and looks renovated, an easy walk from the bus stop. Came on a weekday night so it wasn't crowded and the wait wasn't long. Past orders: I used to like the fish & chips when I ordered via delivery (when the stall used to be at Jurong West St 52?) but I'm not sure why the fries are not crispy anymore the last time I ordered it, perhaps due to relocation further from my house and therefore prolonged steaming. I couldn't order extra cheese sauce via Grab either for some reason. Update May 2026: the cream pasta hasn't been consistent the last few times I went, tasted more starchy than authentically creamy. the fish cutlet and mashed potato and bun are still consistently good.

The food was merely decent - not too bad, not amazing. What really turned me off was their attitude. After I paid, I wasn't given a buzzer, so I asked the guy if I was going to get one. He just casually picked one up without looking and passed it to me, as if to brush me off. I went back to my table and waited for 20min and my buzzer still didn't ring, so I went back to the stall to ask how long more it was going to take. My food was ready and had already cooled. If you're not interested to use your buzzer system, then don't implement it

Many Western stalls don’t provide fried buns nowadays, but this stall still follows the traditional style, which I personally prefer. The chicken cutlet is thick and well cooked, crispy on the outside while still tender inside. The fries are nicely seasoned with spices and taste quite good.

I’m bewildered by the negative ratings here and looks like have to change to positive reviews. Ordered my crispy fish pasta and truly enjoyed! How good the portion was and of course, not forgetting being delicious! It’s my second time ordering and ended with a smile. I will be ordering from this stall again in due course. Delicious.
