Not bad this Korean burger joint. The sauces are special. The gangjung burger sweet, spicy, sour all in one and chicken is pretty big piece. The beef burger also juicy. Only tried the burgers. Self service, order, collect. Staffs are polite.

Fried chicken and Korean sauce chicken, i felt is just average. Nothing special that would make us specially visit another time, the other fried chicken chains chicken are nicer too.
Only the burger is quite nice, however for the price, there is other restaurant I would go to.

First time trying lotteria jewel changi airport...was walking around jewel looking for a different foodplace to eat...lotteria is where I have not tried before...so decided to try here...I had my lunch here yesterday...when I look at the order machine thinking about what to order...I decided to order the shrimp burger is a bestseller at lotteria...I have eaten at so many fast foods... McDonalds, kfc, burger king, Wingstop, popoyes,Texas chicken... In all the fastfood restaurants I eat it is always either chicken or fish burger... rarely do I get to c a shrimp burger 🍔 ... at McDonalds had the ebi burger for a limited time n I always used to order it...but now don't have...I really missed the burger...now here have shrimp burger at lotteria n it makes my so happy...aft a long time a shrimp burger...😁 I buy the shrimp burger meal w cheese shaker fries n coke zero....n I also ordered additional 1pc fried chicken...so I get to eat both shrimp n chicken at once...😀 The first thing I noticed when I received my order was that v nicely presented...☺️there r times even I eat at other fastfood restaurants v messily presented...the shrimp burger, the fried chicken and the cheese shaker fries I loved it so so much.... definitely 5 stars...the fried chicken v well fried...the shrimp burger patty was a little thick not a flat party...v happy about it...fried chicken at lotteria v tasty...cheese shaker fries rarely I c I'm other fastfoods restaurants...here at lotteria many different choices... service also v good...when I went to collect my food when my food was ready the staff was v nice towards me...clean atmosphere...a v beautiful atmosphere...nice dining area...saw the staffs wiping the tables, pushing in the chairs, emptying the rubbish bin...the staffs r not only focused on the kitchen side but also the cleanliness...👍 Overall I m giving 5 stars...food, service, atmosphere all r 5 stars...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everyone should definitely try eating here if have not tried it... would sure love it...I personally felt that lotteria jewel changi airport would definitely b a competition for other fastfoods restaurants...only thing I felt that the cup size of the drink could have been a little bigger considering it is a med cup I ordered...n tissues could have given me more as I ordered so much food...I was only given 2 tissues...but still I m giving 5 stars...

unfortunately did not live up to the hype/ good reviews for me… the bulgogi burger tastes plain and the portion of the meal is small given it’s price. to include cheese, tomato, etc still need to top up money! was q shocked by this.
maybe i’ll give the shrimp burger another chance, but i would still prefer to go mcdonald’s as i think it’s tastier + more value for money 🙂↕️

The arrival of Lotteria at Jewel Changi Airport definitely adds a refreshing twist to Singapore’s fast food scene. As a well-known Korean fast food chain, it brings along a sense of curiosity and excitement — and I can see why many would want to give it a try.
My overall impression?
Interesting, but not quite mind-blowing.
What stands out most is their lineup of unique Korean-style burgers — items like bulgogi and shrimp burgers that you don’t typically find in mainstream fast food chains. While some of these flavours can occasionally be found in selected restaurants, having them presented in a fast food format makes the experience feel more accessible and convenient.
That said, the real highlight for me was the fried chicken and chicken burgers. These are definitely worth trying — super crispy, well-executed, and satisfying, especially if you enjoy that Korean-style crunch. It’s where Lotteria feels the most confident and delivers the strongest impression.
As for the rest of the menu, while the variety is interesting and adds to the novelty factor, the overall experience leans more towards being a one-time curiosity rather than something you’d keep craving regularly.
Still, it’s a welcome addition to Jewel and a fun option if you’re looking to try something a little different from the usual fast food choices.
